Extraordinary class taught by very knowledgeable and highly respected people. Professionals at their jobs. My colleagues and I applaud all the amount of effort, time and patience it took to facilitate and educate us to a high standard. I want to sincerely thank the staff at Crane Service Industries in Bakersfield Ca. for truly caring about the people they educate and aid in the NCCCO crane certification process. From the initial sign up and billing with Deborah, the class room with Ken, and to Troy for being so patient and hell bent on making sure I not only understood how critical load control is, but to also make sure I execute. I have a long way to go, but I am so much better because of the CSI Team, Deborah, Ken and Troy, thanks again.
