Love it here its clean.you can even leave your laundry there for them to wash n fold for a small fee.there is someone always there to help.and they are super friendly

We were on vacation early June and stopped through to have our laundry done. A sweet girl named Mandie took care of everything. She texted when the clothes were done and everything was clean, and she handled our delicates well. Thank you, Mandie!

Homeless people didnt bother.me as.much as the insane roach problem. They literally are crawling around during the day.

Good place to wash and dry needs a little improvement on the hospitality from the women that are there. There is an older lady who works there she is the best and always helpful as soon as i get her name i will let yall know.

Its really clean for the area its at the washers & dryers are on cards to start I really liked it the clothes seemed to be cleaner than normal

Nice people work there but because of the homeless groups you have to step around them to get into the place.

This is really clean place I felt my close got cleaner the washers are new dryers as well. Theres an attendant on site. Need to get one of their cards to start the laundry,kinda neat. I was. T to always come here to do laundry. Great place!!

The bottom dryers didnt dry my clothes I had to double my money to dry them on the top

Scary place where youre almost guaranteed to catch covid-19. None of the customers are wearing masks. Homeless all over the place. Garbage blowing around in the parking lot.

I like that there is staff there. You can also pay to have them wash, dry, and fold your laundry for you. I also like the no coins payment with their laundry card. The only problem is the area outside; there is so much trash because there are tons of homeless people living in that parking lot.

Evertime I have came in I always seem to have issues with the card lol They always help me with kindness. The area is really rough but it seems clean and well managed inside. This is coming from a picky person 🤣😏

This site used to be my Most Favorite Laundry Mat! NOT ANY MORE!! The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1, is due to the CUSTOMER SERVICE of the Lady Attendants who provide exceptional service to all patrons! Other than these lovely ladies whom I now consider friends, this location as well as others with-in the Bakersfield area SUCK GREATLY! The machines used to be in top order working condition. Not any longer! You should expect to see a few machines out of order and in need of repair. However, particularly, at this location the have far more than a few. Heck, without any exaggeration there are more machines in this location not working and out of order and have not been repaired for at least without an exception of four to five months. This is no exaggeration...I have been keeping track of Sparkleans decline for the past several months now! Im now as today going to research & will be picking another laundromat and Specialties of a different franchise to become my new location

The prices are always good. And the laundromat is never packed. Plus the staff is helpful. Machines are always being maintained if not replaced.In fact they have some new HE washers for you environmentalists out there. More mechines are in the process of being replaced as well.

There is always a nice attendant working when you wash. Its clean, and theres a bathroom, and sinks.

Theresa is the best. She is always very nice, accommodating and an incredibly hard worker. When she is working the place is clean and the service is effective. Unfortunately, the same can not be said about the other workers.They seem to have a No one is watching me so Im going to do what Im going to do, attitude. I have had them leave in the middle of their shift so I was unable to pick up my clothes. I believe the owner lives in another city so he had to scramble over the phone to find someone to come down so I could get my stuff. They seem to believe that the way to get more customers is to have a take it or leave it work ethic.

7 ceiling fans, 3 air conditioners, at least 30 washing machines ranging from single load to 8 load capacity, snack machines, 28 dryers some up to 80 pound capacity, game machines, ATM, attendant on site, reasonably clean, well lit...I was desperate and the earlier reviews made me nervous, but I guess this place has had a make over in the last year or so! There is nothing to fear here.

This place is dirty. Everything was fine until I got my clothes out of the dryer and realized there was a HUGE big red gum stuck on my bed sheet. Someone must of left gum inside the dryer. which tells me they don’t keep the machines clean. I told the lady in charge and she said it wasn’t their responsibility. I ended up throwing out my bed sheet. So disappointed.

Nice, clean place to do your laundry. Has WiFi so you can play on your phone while you wait for your clothes to get done! Always has an attendant on duty that can help you with whatever you may need. Also they do drop off laundry services and then you pick up your clean clothes.

I always wash my clothes here, plus the drop off option is very convenient when I just dont have time to deal with my laundry. There are plenty of washers and dryers so Ive never had an issue with none being available. Its always clean and theres free Wi-Fi.

So far my experience has been okay..

Lots of people park in the front door blocking traffic. Homeless people just hanging out around the areas so you cant feel safe. I used to go here but now I avooa it.

Iris was such a HUGE help to me the last time I was in there. She was sooo friendly and down to earth. Easy to talk with and answered all of my laundry questions! I recommend this place not only for its exceptional service but also for how clean their equipment is! Go there!!

I should have trusted the reviews of earlier customers. Only been twice: first time, an entire double load of my laundry was stolen; the second time, all my cleaning products were stolen and only myself and one employee were there at the time, so you figure it out. For myself, I will never go back, especially with their new washing machines costing $6.15 which dont clean worth a tinkers darn!

I struggle with this place. Upgrading+, always ruin at least one piece of clothing-, prices+, homeless and pan handling-, never too busy+, never enough baskets-, great customer service+....

By far this is the best laundry mat I have ever been to, I love it and they have great customer service. This has to be the best one in Bakersfield and the hours they are open are very convenient..great place to go if your looking for a comfortable place to wash!!!

Get in and out, fast

Too expensive! You get 10 minutes of drying for $75 cents. The system sucks, and will steal your money after you loaded it. The employees will not Refund your money. The washer smell like cigarette smoke. I don’t think they properly clean them? Never again will I go back to this place.

Lady was rude to me when I asked about the bathroom fee, seeing as there was one of their card readers on it. She acted like I was some vagrant even though I had been waiting on my clothes and just loaded $20 on my card. Yeesh. The facilities are fine, the normal amount of our of service machines as the next place.

Staff is ok and place is clean for the most part, sometimes theres homeless that want to get in there but Ive never had any problems, they have new washers but $3.50 for the regular load and $.75 for 10 min. of drying time??? Cmon.

It was clean and well kept, but I didnt like that you had to use a pre-loaded card. Since I only went once I had to leave with extra money still on the card.

Went to wash my clothes spend my money my clothes are stolen there were just some weird things going on in that place and its supposed to be you know a nice place but I am do not take your clothes there cuz they will get stolen then they charge too much on that damn card you put on a $6 a machine I got to go with that

If you are a disabled person and have a service animal, Do Not Go Here!!! Lady was extremely rude, threatened to call police even when i showed my dog was a service animal. I was actually hoping she would so they could fine her and the store.once she realized she was clearly in the wrong still treated me with contempt and like i was lower than dirt for being disabled. Placing an discrimination charge and never ever going back, letting anyone who is disabled know how horrible this is.
