Great experience and love my new Rav 4 prime. The only thing I was unhappy with was they charged $5000 over MSRP. I felt they are taking advantage of the situation. I did not get the warranty through Toyota but through my bank. Toyota wanted to charge me 6000 but I paid less than 1000 for the same coverage except for a 100 deductible.

Had a good experience with the internet sales person Sam Son. He was nice, helpful, and responsive when I contacted him. The only reason for my lower rating is because the finance team tried to sell me a $500 maintenance package without me knowing. They just assumed I wanted it and I had to assertively advocate for myself to get the rate the sales team and I had agreed upon. Overall, I would go back again.

Friendly staff, they could be a lot faster. My salesman handed my loan docs to the finance dept. I had to wait an hour until a group of 4 employees were done gossiping and hanging out in the finance office. My car was not detailed at all. I left with it dirty because we sat around long enough and my child was hungry.

Service at this dealership has gone downhill since the ownership change. My entire buying experience last year was a mess and don’t bother making a service appointment for a 30 minute oil change, you’ll still end up waiting over TWO hours!! Came in today cash in hand and wanting to buy a car. After 10 min, asked for help from a sales member and was told someone would come out. Another 15min later while still waiting to be helped, that same team member walked out helping someone who had just arrived. When the sales member noticed us again, now he said oh I will help you as soon as I am done with him. The other person even asked him since we were there before him to help us. Shame on them!! This might not represent all of the workers there but really disappointed. I will be taking by money somewhere else.

They dont clean your car after service anymore . They are way over priced on the service and after I received my car back my a/c was no longer blowing at all. When I wanted to pay they said they cant accept manual payments which they should have mentioned when I informed them over the phone that my grandma cover my bill and they have accepted in the past without any issues. Just poor customer service riddled throughout my visit. The company should take a hard look at the people they allow to work for them .

Ricardo in financing was trying to deceive me out of a $1500 rebate for purchasing an EV vehicle. He tried to disguise it using lots of word play so he could sell me an extended warranty, that I didn’t want, and use the rebate to cover the cost.Had the vehicle a couple weeks before I noticed a huge scrape on one of the wheels. I referred back to photos I took the day I bought the vehicle and the damage was clearly visible in the photos. Reached out to the dealership and they would not replace the wheel and offered a “fix” instead. In my book, they sold me a damaged vehicle and were unwilling to rectify the problem.

This dealership is 4 hours from me so it was my first time dealing with them. They were the only one that were getting the particular car that I wanted. I put a deposit down on it and as it came down to the week before the car was to arrive I was notified of a $3k price increase in the car due to their vehicle shortage. Scott, my salesman said he was sure he notified me of this in all of our correspondence, but after I reviewed it he had not. Well, I had already sold my other car and I wanted this one. While doing the final paperwork via texts and emails, I caught several slip ups. They also could not find my deposit receipt the morning that I am there picking up the car. So, I have to use the restroom while I am there and go through the service department area. Just seemed very unkept and the restrooms were not very tidy compared to other Toyota dealerships I have recently been in. So, being that I just bought a car, if I needed another one, I would pick a different dealership. Love the car, disappointed in the dealership.
