Great place! Super friendly and professional staff. We saw the low tire pressure signal on and the staff explained with great patience why it might have happened and inflated the tires for us, for free! Highly recommended.

This visit was 5 stars. In every place I go, I think this is the first time I gave 5 stars. The weight was supposed to be 11/2 hours. Checked my air pressure to my tires and patched 1. It took 1 hour. Great job guys!

The associates at Big Brand were helpful in setting up an appointment and then did everything they could to assist me in getting my damaged tire replaced. They ever spoke with my insurance so that I could be reimbursed. I am most comfortable with their business when it come to my tire needs.

It was awesome. I went in and I had a leak on the Rim that couldnt be fixed. They put a new affordable tire on my car. It was done very quickly. They even finished after their closing time. I was fussy and hot today when I arrived at the store, long line, and the tire was too expensive. I was unable to find accurate parking either, so finally when I got into the store being it was 108° but yet my attitude did not effect the nice man behind the counter.

I get my car serviced here often. They have fair prices and service is not bad. Better than many other places. They are somewhat competitive with tire prices but not always. Since I am used to coming here for years dont plan on switching to another shop.

Went in with appointment for truck and trailer tires. During inspection brakes were worn to with in 1 and 2mm front and back, and I expected it.. I received great service start to finnish. The price was right! If you need tires or brakes replaced go see Scott at the White Ln store. He will get fixed up and back on the road.

Be careful *****Bait &switch**** was given a price over the phone by Bryan or Ryan for a Rim / wheel swap($20 per tire), he even offered to balance the new wheels which I thought was awesome. So I came in for my appointment and was told by a different employee it would nearly be twice the price as I was quoted. Walked right out!!! Found Big O tires down the street, and James there was able to give me a similar quote as Bryan/Ryan originally had ($20 per tire).**update** was very surprised to hear from corporate. Attempted to make it right, will give the store another shot.

I had a very slow leak in 1 tire. They had to remove the tire to find the leak which was caused by 2 very small nails which were not apparent from the outside. Nails removed and holes repaired. Hopefully no more leakage. Time will tell. There was no charge. I will buy my tires here always as my husband does.

I agreed to a small fee to have the oem pressure sensors swapped to my new wheels. When the installation was complete, the technician explained that the stock wheels didnt have pressure sensors and removed the fee for that. He could have left it on and I never would have known the difference. That kind of honesty makes loyal customers.

Dont bother with Big Brand. Inquired about make/model/size of tire, which they said I would have to order online, then make an appointment the following week to allow time for them to arrive. Ordered the tires online. Big Brand reconfirmed the appointment. Went at appointed time only to be told that the tires I ordered werent in, and they didnt know when theyd be in. Offered me inferior brand as an alternative. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Love there service. Im a nail tech so I only had a teo hrs window and the manager was able to get me in for an oil change and two new tires. I was out of there in an hour and a half, great service.

I had a appointment for 12 noon, they had alot of cars ahead of me .A slew of customers came in right after me. I had to wait about a hour, but the wait was tolerated, they were very busy and were very direct, saved me over $100.00 for about the same tire and service of a competitor of theirs. Worst service I ever had in my life today 08/22/2020. Technician was getting ready to damage my rocker panel on my car by jacking it in the wrong place. Lucky for me I was able to stop him in time. This used to be a great place to go and get tires. But those great technician have retired or have left because of poor management. Please dont go there they will damage your vehicle if you dont pay attention or know anything about vehicles.

When I changed brake pads, they lost one of bolt in the left side rotor. They didnt tell me or fix the problem. After service, I went back there because of weird sound coming from left side of wheel. they didnt fix the problemor didnt tell me what was wrong. they probably bolted up without fixing the missing bolt. Guess what happened. It made the noise again . I checked it by myself and found it had been missing since brake pad chage. Very dishonest people... Dont go there

Big Brand Tire here in White Lane in Bakersfield is my number one choice for buying/installing tires, getting vehicle maintenance, and obtaining/installing various upgrades to my vehicle when so desires. BBT does solid work which has never failed yet and the workers complete their work quickly which cannot be said for many other places I’ve taken my vehicle(s) to prior. Oftentimes when I come in with an online price quote for tires or parts, BBT will beat that ordering price.
