Let me start out by saying WOW! I can’t even believe the world class Customer service I experienced yesterday. I sent out a request of interest for an Audi Q3, since I was looking to possibly trade mine in for a newer one. Just shortly after I received a personalized, which I loved, video of Roberto introducing himself and doing a walkaround of the car I was interested in. I mean, that alone was so impressive and got my attention right away. So I called because of that and was willing to go up to the dealership the same day, just a few hours after the initial contact. Right after I spoke to Roberto, I got a call from the sales manager confirming the appointment and asking what kind of coffee we would like from starbucks when we get there, I mean at this point I’m in heaven with the customer service I’m given haha. We get there, Roberto is there right away and walks us through the cars, even though it’s about 100 degrees outside. He is the reason I fell in love with the Audi S5 😍 I Never thought I would be driving a dream car like this, but Roberto totally made it possible. I can’t thank him and the whole team enough for putting in the effort and care like they did. We felt like we were surrounded by friends, they made us feel like they truly cared. Maria, the financial lady was incredible, she worked her magic like no other to get me the best rate on my warranty eventhough she had already had an incredibly long day, just like the rest of the team. Everybody was so patient and focused on getting me the rates that work for me.This was truly an extremely special experience that I’ll never forget. I got a bag full of goodies, including a new glittery Audi mug that matches my gorgeous car and a delicious cake! Matt took great care of me. My car was broken down on the side of the road. I was able to contact Matt and have the car towed to them. They then completed the repair and had the car delivered to me. This was great service. I highly recommend Using them for their service needs. Matt always takes the extra time to make sure we get taken care of. We really appreciate what he does and the rest of the service team at Bakersfield Audi.
Expensive! But worth it! You get piece of mind when getting service done because its genuine parts. I just wish it was slightly less expensive for parts.
I have never had any interaction with their sales department but their service department is top notch. Matt always makes sure my concerns are addressed and any work on my A6 is done as quickly as possible while still being thorough. I always appreciate the loaner car and Matt always makes sure it is a vehicle that is large enough that my kids have elbow room and arent sitting on top of eachother.
Do yourself a favor and drive to Fresno or Valencia for a car. I’m appalled at how terrible my experience here has been so far. 1. My NEW car was dirty from the beginning. I thought a car was detailed beforehand? 2. My paperwork says the car came with 27 miles, which is incorrect it had 121 miles. 3. Someone had borrowed the car before I bought it. The paperwork was STILL in the car!! 4. I had to drive from Delano to Bakersfield to get my Audi app set up because they kept dodging my calls. 5. When I went to get a service done, the loaner vehicle smelled like sweat and it’s performance was questionable. I’m sure the list will continue onward. For a prestigious line, I would think their service would be impeccable. Seriously, take your money and run north or south of Audi Bakersfield.

They say they care about our health during covid and even bring a car out to you. The sales representative helping us did not wear a mask. She was within 6Ft of us all the time so I tried to back up as much as I can. We were all wearing a mask and washing hands often to help out. Service was great but please wear a mask.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Paris Easley for going above and beyond in taking care of my wife and I in the purchase of our first Audi. He walked us through every aspect including helping us set the car up before we left. He even went out and got us a cake for it was our anniversary on the day that we bought the car. Great job!
Liars and scammers! Sent a price for a lease through long chains of emails and texts and then at the last minute claimed it was $10,000 MORE!!! All was in writing and these cheaters then said they would not honor the deal and that WE made a mistake bc they are evil!!!!

I’ve been trying to schedule an oil change for my Q7 since yesterday. Service department does not answer. Today operator answered and transferred me to Service. After hearing music for a while, I heard a recording “agent logged in” but then call was cut off. Oh well, I’m taking it to Big Brand Tires for an oil change.

Tried calling over a dozen times. not only does the 1 option for ENGLISH go to spanish prompts, but noone answers the phones and i get a random voicemail box every time. after a 3rd or 4th attempt it skips the prompts and goes right to a direct line but.. surprise no one answers

This is by far the worst dealership that you can possibly go to! Unfortunately, these grown men took advantage of my young daughter and pressured her into getting a car with an outrageous payment, and NO LICENSE!!!! I tried calling and getting some sort of clarification but I was told that the dealership already received their finance payment so theres nothing they can do. Shame on people who only care about a sale!

From my initial inquiry through the website chat box to talking with Natasha the very next morning about my details to meeting Sergio the day I drove down to finalize the deal and giving big kudos to the whole team... Natasha as my salesperson made me feel like a valued client and never made me uncomfortable with pushy tactics or confusion. To answer your question, there is this one person in Audi service, completely irresponsible and has a bad attitude. The sales was smooth with Gill . Service is bad. I made sure with your sales that I do not want this person in service ever. 5* for sales, 1*for service.

Very curtious, friendly, professional and we were given excellent customer service on the phone and in person. The service center is also very fast provided us with a loaner car for the day and our overall experience was excellent. Hello, i took my 2009 Audi a4 in on Tuesday at 11:30 to see of they can fix it, because it wont start. The lady that was helping me is name Elven, and she told me she would call me that day and let me know what the cost was going to be to fix it after they run test on it .. but she never called me so i had to call them and it took a couple phone calls to finally talk to her, and she said its going to take a couple of days to run test on it. Now its Friday and i have yet to hear back from her or anyone from Audi Service. I called today and no one was able to help me. I asked for the service manager and it went to his voicemail. I use to work there .. Just wanna know if you guys can fix my car or not.
Do not do business with these people. No business ethics at all. I was in the middle of finalizing a car purchases (I had approved the quote and their financing team had pulled my credit history). Literally seconds after I hung up with their finance team to do final financing approval, the sales team called me to say someone else bought it and the sale already went through but they had other more expensive options if I was interested. I had been in negotiation with the car before the car was even inspected and they didn’t even give me a courtesy call before selling it. The sales representative’s name was Parris
The service was great. The staffs was very friendly and professional, they were able to explain thoroughly the engine problem of my car and was able to fix it as soon as they can. A bit pricey though but it was expected from from a german made vehicles.
The service department is always exceptional. Matt is a true all star. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and am always greeted like family. Also pleased to hear that service is available on Saturdays again.
Very poor service all around. Was not offered loaner car by dealership, called and left 3 messages over course of 1 week at service dept without a call back/update on my car. Had to speak to customer service at Audi USA in order to even get a response. I certainly will never do business with this dealer or Audi again. If married to VW brands I would recommend other dealers outside of Bakersfield.

I dropped my vehicle off for a checkup at 9:15 AM and the car was washed and ready in less than 2 hours. The courtesy van driver and service staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. Because I bought my car from the dealership there was no charge for the services! :O)

Very hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone and when they do answer you’ll wait for a while and maybe you might get the chance to call back because they’ll forget about you. On the other side if you walk in they have no problem selling you a new car.
Hello, we recently inquired online about two models there at Audi of Bako,, and long story short, we ended up buying another brand down the road as at first the communications online and text great with our lady sales rep, but a mgr either Andey, Anthony i think was his name or something like that,but he said he was newer at Audi, and he got involved and i dont think he worked the best deal for us at all, or knew how too, as it was much higher than santa maria dealer, and he tried to call us and get us back in, but we were over the high payment and time wasted, and got another german ride and love it, so i would say be aware of this mgr and the numbers he gives out on the phone, be careful with any dealers all! as they all can screw you or try. good day.
5 star rating. I had to stop by as my Q7 was running low on AdBlue (DEF) and we were on a road trip. Audi in LA/Beverly Hills were anything but helpful. BUt Audi Bakersfield saved my day and Audis reputation.They topped of my AdBlue as a courtesy. Very uncomplicated and fast, so that we could continue our road trip.Every single staff there I had contact with was very friendly and helpful.Thank you again for saving our day.. You know how to serve costumers.

This is probably the worse dealership service I had ever had to deal with . had a customers car in there for over a month and its still there ! I have probably only received about 2 phone calls this whole time . I call and they never return my phone calls . all its in there is for a few sensors that need to be replaced. I would never buy an audi, at least not from here in town they suck .
Where do I start. The people that work here have no morals or values. Went to buy a car discussed out the door price and estimated confindent interest rate quoted from the salesman ( JOSE ) and they switched the interest rate on me. What a classless place I’m surprise they get customers here. Reported them to BBB as well.

Last week our Q5 had a brake failure while we were returning home to Utah, stranding us in Bakersfield on a Saturday evening. We towed our car to the Audi Bakersfield dealership, though the service department was closed for the weekend. On Monday morning, the service manager (Matt) could not have been more helpful, immediately working us into their schedule, and getting us back on the road safely within a couple hours. We could not have been more pleased with the courtesy and the service.

Very polite, service team got me going quickly even though I pulled into the wrong service area. Car was fixed right, offered me a ride, and it was even washed when I came to pick it up.
Service was awful. This was my first service experience with them.I bought a new 2017 A4 and in 5 months a tire blew. As they told me, tires are not warrantee. Wow 6k miles. So I bought a new tire. Ask for a loaner car until its fixed and they told me it should be done that day and they would not loan me a car (which the salesman promised me they would if I needed a vehicle while mine is in service). They without calling me, they kept the car overnight. Then when I picked it up the trunk was a mess from the shredded tire and they replaced my spare incorrectly so I had to clean up the mess and replace the spare myself. The wheel was a mess and they did not replace the center cover on the wheel as well. I had to drive back for it.I did not experience this unsurpassed service they advertise. Maybe its just the dealership.
It’s always a hassle to even get the service department on the line. Every time I bring my vehicle in for maintenance I don’t feel the welcoming and helpful customer care. Today was just the tipping point. I noticed what seems to be an oil leak over the weekend on my Audi A4 and I couldn’t get a hold of service and I brought it in to the dealership at 7am Monday morning. You would think for something urgent as this they would get the vehicle looked at. Wrong. What I got was the next appointment they could get me in for which was two weeks out and no loner vehicle till then. Instead of trying to work toward a solution all I got was just “sorry buddy nothing we can do we’re booked, it happens to a lot of customers “. One of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I called the Audi in the nearest city over and they have got my appointment scheduled for tomorrow with a loner vehicle. Bakersfield Audi really needs to work on customer service and common courtesy!

Went to look at vehicles and got a new salesman who could not explain anything. The only thing he kept telling us was how bad Haddad was where he used to work. First thing in sales is you never bad mouth your competition or former employer it is not why I came in. After 2 test drives he got out and told us just tell them youre not ready to buy. After giving it a shot beyond my gut feeling the Sales manager tried showing us numbers that were nowhere close and took zero time to explain. Family Motors is under new ownership which is a shame because they used to have a family feel not anymore its just pushy salesman telling me how many of his Indian friends will buy what I dont. Thanks for showing your true colors as a dealer. I dont do business with classless people and poor customer service.

I have called at least 10 times to schedule a service appt over the last week and a half. I have left 3 voicemails, 1 message with the receptionist that promised to walk it over and call me, and an online chat with my information. Not one called back. I have currently been on the hold for 10 minutes this morning waiting for a call back. I don’t know what the issue is at Audi service- but It is bad. After calling again and getting on the line with customer experience, I got a call back. Finally have an appt. we will see how it goes.
Will never buy a car from here again. Unfortunately for me I am now stuck in a car my wife doesn’t like. My wife had just had our baby this past weekend & I stopped by Audi to see a SQ5 that I had liked. My sales guy was Nathan very pushy since the beginning. Long story short, I was approved for the car and Nathan basically had all the paperwork done before I even said yes. He never cared to ask if my wife wanted to see the car. He deleiverd the car at 10:30pm. At this point I should have realized this wasn’t a good scene. Our mistake was to sign the contract. Next morning my wife saw the car and she didn’t like it. I called Nathan and basically said we are stuck with it. Keep in mind I don’t have a due bill or paperwork copies because they didn’t bring them. (Less than 10 hours since car was delivered). All they offered was us to swap it out for another vehicle which we didn’t like any other suv since that’s what we were going for. Worst experience ever! Lesson learned never let anyone talk you into closing the deal that day! Take your time & see your options! Never again Audi never again!
Brought my Q5 in for a malfunctioning speaker at the beginning of November 2017, now is January 4, 2018, my issue was never resolved. I tried to speak with the service manager to come up with a solution to fix this issue but was spoken to in a condescending way, which is unfortunate since the face to face customer service with other employees is decent. After months of having this issues, I will be taking my vehicle to the Fresno Audi dealership. This interaction reflects terribly on the Audi brand.Update: The reason why my rating isnt just one star, is because the owner of the dealership called and wanted to find out what had happened. I appreciate her willingness to call and rectify the situation and if she was willing to give an individual a call about an issue, then hopefully the rest of her management still will follow suit. Unfortunately at this point my frustration with the service department will keep me from giving another chance.

I can say with great sincerity and utmost confidence the service staff provided excellent customer service.I was greeted with familiar friendly smiles from everyone (Yudith from sales, Karina & Matt from service, and Cesar from parts, all genuine positive vibes.The service waiting area was inviting and clean.I knew what I wanted done to my car and the advisors took care of me. I took my car in at my alloted appointment time and the techs immediately went to work. They conducted my cars first oil change and multi-point inspection. My advisor was helpful and brought up any concerns to my attention.I was out of the dealer in no time and would definitely return. Customer service at Bakersfield Audi is unparalleled among SoCal dealers.

Bakersfield Audi customer service is horrible. I purchased a vehicle approximately a month & a half ago. During the finance process I received multiple calls from the finance manager Sergio Arredondo & the sales person regarding additional documents needed to seal the deal. However once the deal was completed, I was treated as if my Due Bill along with additional services promises did not exist. Id left several messages regarding Due Bill & additioal services. I was only contacted by sales person once by phone saying he would take care of it. Then I received a text from sales person also stating he would take care of it. However that did not happen. And of course Sales manager Sergio never responded. Then I called & requested to speak with a sales manager. I was connected to Ernie the Sales Manager which is also incapable of getting the job done. I explained that ive been extremely patient & its been almost two months & I have not received what was promised. I also informed him that because of how long it took the sales person & finance manger to do paperwork (4 hrs) that i did not receive a full detail. Per sales person I would receive full detail upon returning to address Due Bill. In addition no one informed me that the vehicle I purchase had no floor mats. It had plastic on the floor, giving the impression it was to protect the floor mats. Per Ernie he scheduled me an appt for the following day to have my Due Bill taken care of as well as detail. He would also address floor mat issue. He then went on to say he would arrange to have a loaner car scheduled for me. I explained I had a compamy meeting @ 10 & I absolutely could not be late. He stated no problem if I were there by 9 I would be fine. Nevertheless once I arrived at the dealership they were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. No one really knew what was going on. I informed several individuals that I had a very important meeting & I needed to leave with the loaner car. At 9:50 I was forced to go back to the service dept & retrive my keys & leave the premises in my own vehicle, which hadnt been touched. The loaner vehicle never showed. The best thing about this place is their receptionist. Please dont allow fancy suits & polished floors to fool you. Im sure Mr Jose Arredondo would not be pleased in the manner in which I was treated as a first time customer.PSIts been another week still no word from anyone!!!From One Dissatisfied Customer!!!!
