Terrible service. The agents don’t care about you as a person only as a customer. They’ll be nice to get your money but don’t expect any immediate help when the time comes. They don’t answer during business hours or ever respond to voicemails.

Great customer service.

All state is a horrible insurance company and I will never recommend any to Allstate.. All state does not take care of their customers. I have renters claim and I have lost everything and I have been a loyal customer for over three years and All state is basically given me the run around and I truly believe that All state does not want to pay me because it’s going on two months since I filed my claim...All state does deserve any stars but I had to in order to post this feed back

Terrible follow up, nobody picks up the phone from 12:00 - 1:00. They misspelled my name and it took a year to get them to spell it correctly. They have also had an incorrect email for 3 years on my file despite providing the correct email address numerous times. Love Allstate, but find a different agency.
