Sal has been my agent for over 10 years and he and his team have been great to work with any time I’ve needed their assistance. Anything from a claim, changes to my policy, or even just a question they’re always quick to respond and have great customer service.

Horrible agent. Asked for this agent to be removed twice. Was in a car accident and he told me he couldnt help me and had to receive help from another agent. Today he yelled at me on the phone when inquiring about my policy and refused to transfer me to get help from someone else. I had to hand up on him twice due to his behavior. Very disappointed and use to recommend this insurance to others. I never been treated like this ever. Yadira who he transferred me to had to have her fingers twisted just to help me and told me there is no way to complain on a worker, which I know is a lie. Leaving this insurance today

Sal has always been there for me and prompt in responding to any inquiry I may have. Loved having him as an agent in California. Unfortunately I am leaving California and have to let him go. :(
