Went in to pay my payment they took the money every thing seemed fine a few days later got email stating that they returned my payment I had informed them that I would be a some days late because I was out of state on the road they advised me no problem when I received the notice I went into the office requesting to talk to Roy Garza the owner or have him call me I did this 2 times I dont know if the girl gave him the messages I havent heard from him. Then I started to get email from you I called the office and talked to the same girl and she states the reason why getting the email is because my home coverage is still in effect she offered to take me off the list I asked her to do that for me since I was going to drop Allstate all together no matter how long Ive been with Roy Garza 20yrs plus
