Vannessa or Cynthia are horrible employees and have terrible customer service. I asked her which dmv reg was needed to help out my customer get his car insured and she was very rude and had no knowledge of the document that I needed? Agent clicked on me and my customer and would not answer the call. Please fire this person and hire someone that wants to work and has better customer service.

I have been calling them for 2 weeks. I submitted multiple requests online to add a vehicle to my policy and no one answers me or gets back to me!! I have left messages. I do not know what else to do. Do not go with Rob Hill as your agent. I am going to look into switching agents if not I’ll switch to a different company insurance company altogether.

Where to start? I have an old 2005 Toyota Prius and I always used to pay for insurance $40 up to $58 basic liability with state minimum coverages, Allstate agents cant do that??? Why not??? I didnt have insurance and I shopped around, Allstate was the best rate, Not brokerage fee, So straight $67. Here goes the drama, the website wont let you pay, So you have to go to an agent, Its a nightmare from $67 they upsell me to $91 and some change. So I said WTH the agent kept up selling me. On top of that it took about an hour.Im cancelling my policy next month cause this is not fair, I bought a policy so I can drive I ended up spending a lot of money for a 2005 car? Really???I used to help insurance brokers save their clients data cause people info are very important, Worst system I ever seen Allstate agents office, print didnt work, policy files been saved on desktop which is not secure at all.Anyways no matter how we complain nobody gonna fix it, I offered my services but I dont think its a priority to them, Not bashing them, They had a problem with printing and I offered to fix it, But I was denied, spending an hour in an insurance office is really ridiculous.Bottom line, You cant buy insurance your way since its mandated, All state method of taking your info online then sending you to an agent is illegal and need to be fixed, Insurance uoselling techniques are okay, BUT when you ask for state minimum and the agent insist they cant provide it to me in their office cause Allstate does not show it on their system is a lie, I was out in a corner buy or lapse the insurance and get my registration/drivers license suspended.What a nice world to live in, Best part I have an non chargeable car accident not my fault and this raised my insurance rate, cell phone ticket when I didnt use my cell phone BUT the BPD officer wanted to hit me with a fat ticket in December 2015, And this cell phone ticket non chargeable and still cause my policy rate to go up.The question is, Whos helping and whos taking your money against your will??? I never can get answer, So we pay and answers.So to allstate upcoming policy buyers, Allstate is commiting a crime against you, Which taking your info on their web server and not issuing a policy, Is a total violation of the law, Where our info go? Nobody cares, Agents uoselling is totally understandable, When I go with a budget please let me buy and add more things next time.Just to let you know my honest experience, No one asked me to write, No one paid me to write and im very well known for my thorough reviews.My reviews helped thousands of people understand whats going on, Just to have an idea of what you going to go through will give you a chance to decide what you wanna do next time.Again im not against anyone, All agents are trying their best for the business interest, So I dont blame them, Insurance is mandated and they can hit us with big bills and we can never do anything about it.Keep your eyes open, ask questions and let your agent know whats your budget, So they can help you over pay for somethings you dont need, and by law not mandated.I hope this review gets shared and more people can understand how things go in the real world ;) good luck everybody
