We have several polices with this agent and I am always impressed with the knowledge of the staff. We had an auto claim and they handled it with such expediency, we were able to get a new car within a week. Natalie is always helpful and is very knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer my questions and never makes me feel like she doesnt have time for me.

Im sorry to say I didnt have such a good experience with this branch. I was quoted and charged a amount for 6 months of insurance for my Auto. 3 months later they told me they misquoted me and wanted more money, either pay up or at the end of the month my insurance will be cancelled. Kieth Goree would not ruturn my calls, I had to go in and see what the problem was. He simply said it was their mistake but I still had to pay the difference, I was not a happy camper, They know that. The greeting I got every time I went in and left was superb though I must be honest and say that.
