State Farm is one of the best insurance companies ever. Their rates are affordable and their coverage is spot on! They are helpful and so nice. I especially think our agent shawna is the best! She makes things so simple and is always so kind.Would definitely recommend them 💯

I had an electrical main box burn up and they kept telling me it wasnt covered due to it not damaging my house. She kept telling me I had a high deductible. She didnt want to put in a claim due to the high deductible and it may not be covered! It did affect my house as there was no AC or electricity for 2 weeks! In the middle of summer. Not happy with them

I had a great experience with Kathy Herm’s office. Tiffany was able to write my auto’s at a great rate and even help me save some money by writing my renters policy as well. I got 3 policies for the price of 2. Definitely recommend this office.

Very nice and easy. Lidia was awesome and very professional.

My fiancé, has had issues with Kathy on multiple accounts. Never returns calls, continues to withdrawal from account even though you have switched agents, writes fraudulent checks that bounce when she claims to be trying to get you your money back. Also, when the checks bounce she leaves it your responsibility to contact the bank to see what happened and when you try to get back to Kathy because the bank needs to speak to her, she disappears and never answers or returns calls. It has been about 6 month and he has yet to be refunded his money.
