I dont even know where to begin.... NEVER in my adult life have I had an insurance company or agent do as much for me as Johnny and his team have done for me! I always had some random, whole in the wall insurance provider in which I paid the minimum so I wouldnt get a ticket for not having insurance. About 4 years ago I decided to switch over to State Farm (which was also inexpensive) after hearing nothing but GREAT things about them. I didnt realize that not only had I switched over to THEE BEST insurance company out there, I also got THEE BEST Insurance Agent EVER!! I got in an accident just a few months ago and boy was I a nervous wreck! (literally)... I called up Johnny, who was out with his family, (who also was sincerely concerned for my safety) and told him that I had got in an accident and told him my location and within 15-20 minutes after my phone call to him, I had a tow truck at my service getting me and my poor bruised Camry off of the road and into a body shop. Last yeas I got T-Boned in my Paid Off Truck on a Sunday and I called Johnny directly on his cell phone (No One Hurt) and he got me a rental the same day. The truck was a total loss and so I got a check by the end of the week and was in a new truck by the following Sunday.Just last month I got my Big Box Truck Stolen and when we recovered it 5 days later it was damaged beyond repair so it too was totaled. State Farm did not argue the value and got me a fair check for the replacement of my Box Truck.Overall I have to say that Johnny and His Staff are spot on and right their to help when ever you need them.
