I spoke with Bernice at State Farm insurance she got me a better quote that I had with progressive insurance. My vehicles transmission went out on my vehicle and I had to wait 4 and a half hours for a tow so that was the reason I contacted State Farm. I was upset the way progressive treated me. Then a couple of days later I lock myself out of my car and I hadnt terminated my car insurance with progressive and I called for roadside assistance and they ask me for my policy number. I told them I was locked out of my vehicle and I couldnt get it. So I just called a locksmith and had my car opened for me. When I went into State Farm to sign my policy they told me to bring in the receipt and they would reimburse me for the locksmith. No problem. That is the kind of insurance u need. To know you are in good hands just like they advertised. I should of been with state farm a long time ago and I wouldnt of had all these headaches that Ive experienced with progressive. So like they say Im in good hands with State farm.thank you State Farm. I didnt meet Jake but I did meet Bernice from State Farm. Thank you Bernice from State Farm.

Everyone here is so amazing. Anytime I call with another question or need, they are instantly on top of it. Good communication is a huge deal to me, so the fact that they respond ASAP is fantastic. If they don’t have an answer to my question, they will do everything they can to find the answer and then get back to me immediately. I would recommend this agent to anyone who wants to feel heard and valued. :)

Jasmin is an excellent agent. She was a great support staff when she worked for former Agent Banks. Her skills have continued to grow now that she is an agent herself. I appreciate how she answers my emails in a timely manner and her staff is professional on the phone.

When one of my vehicles was in an accident out of state my agent Jasmin helped me with everything. It was the first accident I was involved in so I was lost, even though I had a claims agent she still helped me when I called. Her staff was helpful and understanding. They took care of my rental and the driver who was at faults insurance so I didnt. I have got most of my family switched to State farm and have Jasmin as an agent because I believe she will take care and respect them like they were her own family.
