I absolutely love both agents in this office. My experience has always been positive. The staff is always helpful and works very hard at what they do. I’m grateful to each of them for being so helpful. Truly an amazing staff.

Horrible attitude by the staff. Wanted to argue and match wits. Self righteous attitude. Spoke to a person going by the name of Jordan about mileage discounts on a very old auto policy. She was clueless. Could not answer any of my simple questions about how mileage discounts work e.g. at various mileages and resorted to using hypothetical situations instead. She was arrogant and combative. How this agent stays in business is a mystery. No straight answers to my questions were ever given during the call and no offer was made to have a more knowledgeable person contact me. When I asked if Janet Hopkins was in the office, I was told she was not in. My policies have been at this office for over 12 years and rarely have I ever been able to speak with the agent. The staff runs things. If youre considering this agency, look elsewhere for an agent that wants to continue earning your business and treats you accordingly.

Go anywhere else but this office!!! Run by complete airheads!! State Farm is fine but this office is the worst!!! Uneducated girls Jordan in particular, know it alls and argumentative! Can’t get a straight answer!
