Just recently added the Unbrella coverage to our auto and home insurance. My husband had read up on it and then we went to talk to Helen Morgan at Allstate. She filled us in on all the details and we decided that it was a very good idea for us as a family and nearing our retirement years, to add the umbrella package! A reasonable price for a million dollars worth of coverage! Thank you, Helen Morgan. We have been with Allstate for 30 plus years.

Ive been an AllState member for 17 years and have never had an issue. I was rear ended and they jumped on my claim very quickly.

Absolutely the best service. All the girls in the office are so nice and personable. They feel just like family.

I have been a customer for over 20yrs now and never have had an issue of any kind. Everyone I have delt with has been extremely kind and sincere. When my wife was in her accident 15yrs ago only 1 call was needed. I do pay a little more then a lesser agentcy, but I will never leave due to trust and customer service. I know they will be their for me when I need them. 1 call, thats all!!!!

I have to be clear that 5 stars go specifically to the customer service I receive anytime needed at Helen Morgan’s office they are friendly, professional and knowledgeable; As far as the insurance itself, I wouldn’t say I am in good hands.

Excellent!!! They helped me with everything I needed right away with the best quotes! Now I have a focal point in case I get in trouble!!!!

I could probably get a lower rate elsewhere, but I know I would not get the FANTASTIC customer service I get from Helen and the girls in her office, they take good care of me and nobody can compare to the quick claims handling that I get with Allstate claims department, they are on it!!!
