Was unknowingly charged 300$ when buying insurance over the phone for their brokers fee (which is way to high for just a brokers fee) I called my representative and they said they would be able to give me some kind of refund and continued to tell me over 3 weeks that they would reach out to me but never would, and there would always be a reason to not give me a refund. In the end they did offer 100$ and a better rate but I was really upset with there customer service that I cancelled

This insurance company should be a last resort.After a huge broker fee (around $300) to get started, you still have to pay the first month...then set up auto pay. If you do not have auto pay, you will have to pay online (with a service fee)...pay at the office (service fee) OR send a money order/check through the mail. Hopefully your payment will go through on time. This company WILL charge you more than the average insurance company.If you still plan to check them out, get a few quotes from three other companies and stop by the office with a calculator. Do your math. Compare.

She is so cordial and professional to me. I kid you not but she’s helped me through so much. Can’t express how good of a deal she gave me too. Do not go here. I do not write reviews ever, but this was necessary. You will never get a discounted price even if you drive well for more than a year and this was from an owned older car. I went back to see if they had a cheaper monthly rate for a semi-newer car and they charged me $540 broker fee!!! My dad had them too but cancelled his because he realized they were charging hidden “fees”, which is money they put in their own pockets.Do not EVER go here. That is why they have a sign outside to make you come in because everyone is dropping out with them. Plus you will never get the broker fee back and it’s a lot. Trust me, save your time and hard-earned money, all they do is sit and steal from you.

The worst experience a customer can have.. Rude personal. Has an accident Dec 8,2016. And given insurance never took responsibility to help me till this day no one can help me... Paying for non given service.. Insurance and broker @ this office not responsible or willing to help.. BE CAREFUL OF SCAM....
