I was invited And told i qualified for an advance and apply for can advance back in December if i filed with you all. On today i filed with you all and was not approved....this is misleading and it cost me nearly $400 to file... I have no advance and the fees are large. It was somewhat acceptable because of the advance. This is my 3rd year filling with your company and have always been approved.. Seniority shouldhave been taking into consideration.. The fact that i was told i was approved for a big something they called it in December was a strong reason i returned.. But now with high fees and no advance i will never return

She is very professional and she is very honest she explained everything to me.

If there were zero stars I wouldve picked that. January 24, 2016 I got my taxes done at 246 Main St., Baker, LA by gloria Taylor. Waited till March 22, 2016. I talked to Kim Lofton who sent the documents at that time. Almost 2 months after the fact. The manager stated she would help me get my fee back. And I have heard nothing. Very very disappointed with H&R Block
