We used HelloMedio for our startup business- Veteran Auto Repair.Before signing on with Vanessa, and our designer, Mallory, we didn’t have any sort of concrete vision on what we wanted or needed.I got on the phone with Vanessa and was immediately met with professionalism and reassurance. I began talking about what the business was, how we didn’t have any idea on colors or what we wanted the logo to look like, etc. I basically spoke very quickly and word vomited over the phone. I remember telling Vanessa so many different “feelings” we wanted the logo to have, and what we didn’t want the logo to infer. At the end of our phone call, Vanessa reiterated what I had said, point by point, and in a very organized manner (not at all how my jumble of words came out!) I was so impressed by her attention to detail and how well she was able to keep up with my train of thought.After that, we waited for Mallory to take my list of ideas and wants, and turn it into something tangible. When we received our four logo concepts, we were completely blown away. Each one was so well thought out and really got the point across. We had so much trouble picking a favorite! We gave Vanessa some ideas on color, and she communicated with Mallory about them. Mallory came back with the final concepts and completely exceeded our expectations again. The logo was finished quickly and communication was consistent.We could not be happier with our logo for Veteran Auto Repair, and cannot say enough positive things about HelloMedio and Mallory.
