Maribel was very kind and helpful, this other lady was trying to give me a hard time and Maribel helped me out. I recommend this place would definitely go back.

I have had numerous problems with my mail carrier for last couple of years and it has always come down to him being lazy. Just recently, I was expecting a package. I could see on tracking info that Azusa post office received it, processed it, sent it out for delivery. Yet within minutes, it went from out for delivery, to insufficient address to return to sender. When I called to complain, post Master confirmed my address, which tells me my address was legible enough for them to sort it for routes. Rather than leave it at post office for me to pick up, they sent it back to merchant. Now item is sold out!

The clerks have been extremely helpful and courteous like Renée, Maribel, Ellen,, Lynn, Chuck (retired), and Jenny (retired). Just be sure to pay special attention to the gentlemen Chris, who has by far made two crucial mistakes thus far with my transactions. Overall, they have been providing excellent customer service!

Bad services/ wont let you print a shipping label / I went in with trying to ship a mail with a different USPS mail box, but they said they cant accepted due to the box . I went to ups/ fedex and they accepted a usps shipping mail box. Never again will I go to this postal services.

I got here on a Saturday at 10 AM and to my surprise this post office had a great staff! It was my first time purchasing my passport and this staff member, whose names started with a T, I completely forgot but he was extremely helpeful and made the process easy for! Truly thankful! Terrible terrible service. Rude employees. They dont really care about helping their customers. Dropped off pre-paid packages which didnt get scanned after a whole day. They refused to provide a receipt as well.

It gets pretty busy here, but everytime I come for my P.O. box or to ship out anything, the women that work here are super helpful and efficient. They do not let people cut in line (Ive seen someone try), they do not just rush through the line to get people out, they do their job properly and with a good attitude.Honestly post offices are never fun, but this one isnt bad.

I have called 6 times today and no answer. Why provide a number on line if no one EVER answers? This is a government business and l would expect someone to be there to answer the phone. The last time l called, l was on my way, and when l got there, it was not like it was busy. Only 2 people in line and 3 employees. So no excuse not to answer the phone

Im calling they have not answered my call just the recording voice machine. Ive called twice the first time I was waiting for 32min still no answer! I called again and still no answer and this time Ive been on hold for another 50 min so if u add them up its over an hour!! So I recommend you show up at the office instead of calling. And the reason why Im calling is because my package has not been delivered and on the tracking says its been delivered to my mailbox and its not in my mailbox nor was there a letter saying no one was home so I will have to pick it up at the office.

Please do not go to this post office. It is a nightmare. They have lost 3 of my packages and the people that work there are slow and dumb. They dont do basic tasks like giving you a receipt for priority mail packages and when you ask for one they cop an attitude.

I went in at about 11 am. There was no wait. Both women were very polite. I was mailing out a package, she made sure to find the best deal for me. I was worried about how much I was gonna pay, but she showed me my options so that I could make the best choice for me. I didnt get her name but my receipt says clerk 27 and also the sweet woman that was calling me mija, Thank you for all your help ladies! !

The people are always helpful, professional, and kind. Best of all the office is open on Saturdays! (OK morning but it is way better than nothing)

Have called 24 times this morning 50 times at lunch and 25 times now this afternoon and still cant get a hold of anyone. Line always busy. Someone picked up once and set down the phone and continued doing what they were doing. explains why the line was always busy. dont bother calling

My experiences at the Azusa Post Office have been very positive. The staff are friendly and service is pretty quick, not to mention theyre very knowledgeable about when packages will arrive and what are the better/cheaper packaging rates to get.

If I could give a no star I would. The delivery service is horrible. They say package delivered when no delivery was made. Good luck trying to reach them by phone. Hellllllllo anybody home. The people in the office are very friendly. Its the carriers or whoever sorts the mail is where the problems are

The Postal workers here are friendly and helpful. They are highly recommended if you are trying to figure something out regarding your mailing or packaging, as they dont mind taking the time to help you. They usually have all of the latest stamps and stationary. The PO boxes available come in many sizes, and they do a good job not destroying your mail just to try to fit it in your box.Parking can get full during busy hours, but that is mostly because of the other stores.accross the street. However, there are two large drive up mailboxes located on Azusa Avenue as you approach the post office from the south, and two more as you approach from the north on SAN Gabriel. This should minimize your delay if you are just looking to send off some mail. There is a large public parking lot across the street with two electric car charging stations and three hour limits.

They are helpful and will do it right. I have been shipping and mailing all my stuffs from this post office and everything was successful and on time.

Dropped a package off in the morning and still not scanned by the end of the day. When I stopped by they Asian manager was very rude and unhelpful. Thought they work for us!! Never again

Horrible carriers, unbelievable.. Always misplacing my packages! I dont know if they cant read right! But stuff comes up saying if was left on the porch when Im home! And nothings there! Unbelievable and these people never answer the phone!

I used to have problems shipping my pacages, untill I met the people here very helpful. Yes its busy like most post office around our city. Ti aboid a wait. Pick your days and times, dont go at 12 or at about 3 specially a Friday or end of the month.

Lets see Filed a complaint, because they kept delivering wrong mail to my house, and then when they deliverd mail it was always between 6-7 pm,well 30 min after that complaint, the supervisor showed up at my house ready to fight and call me a liar, it came to my home on a personal level, it should be business,the complaint was about the supervisor at usps in azusa cause he shows up at my house very aggressive and ignorant acting, and then he said u will never get mail again at this house, so I spoke a attorney and my rights have been violated,so i was forced to hire him to preserve my rights as a us citizen,not sure if he was us citizen or not, beware of this post office the girls and the guy working the counter are great people, but the management is wow i dont have the words for it.All I can say that is important is..I will see you in court fat boy....david patino

NOT PLEASED WITH THIS P.O. we always order things at amazon. Ordered a package and said was attempted delivery at 8:45 am first off our mailman doesnt arrive around 3ish 4ish really!! And First off i was home all day and no note was left anywhere. Im just disappointed with our mail man his just lazy to walk drop off the packages to our door. You complain and they dont do nada!

I got here waited in line for 30 mins and the person at the counter would not give me a pen to right the address on the label or tape on the box they are making me buy.

Horrible service. I was assisted by Jenny and this lady was extremely rude making comments where people in the line would stare at me like i did something bad. Post Office needs to train their people for customer service

What is going on with my mail? Its starting to come late by 1 to 2 days later than it should. I collect unemployment so I rely on the mail. If they deliver my mail 2 days late then it takes me 1 extra week to receive my benefits.

Not too pleased with this post office. I ordered a package on amazon and after the allotted time I did not receive my package, I checked on amazon and on there end it said the package was delivered. however I did not receive my package. After contacting the post office they said my package was delivered, but I have a secure mail box with a lock and key and if it was delivered I would of received it...
