Scammer Exposed! Charles Crossland is a greasy scammer. He was charging me fees during covid while the gym was closed! He charged my card on file and I could not access the gym obviously! File a complaint with the attorney general office!!!

It really sets me at ease to know that the owner is on the premises. Not only because of the knowledge that he possesses but the way that he encourages people to meet their own fitness goals. Its my first experience there Im sure I will have more positive things to say Batman out

These people are awful and don’t care about their neighbors mental health! There is a backdoor to the gym thats always left open constantly playing loud music, beeping alarms, and weights dropping that shake the whole apartment. This has taken a massive toll on my mental health and despite calling them and trying to communicate for them to close the door they have been extremely rude and disrespectful.

After reading there reviews not making same mistake it seems like after canceling there contract there still getting charged and it seems like shady and after looking in to it seems like they also have court case with LA county so no thanks owner seems like he or her hurting for money 👎🏻 also the owner charles crossland aka chuck was charging monthly fee during covid when all gyms supposedly had be closed but again hes got court case with LA county

Best private gym in SGV. People are friendly and helpful, always clean. Its good for all ages and no gym rats to worry about. Parking can be a little difficult at peak times. Highly recommend.

The worst gym ever, I started my membership in March 2021 and I canceled in April 2021 and they’re charging me still in June 2021 and they charged me even more money for the annual fee with just having a month of membership. Do not recommend going to this gym due to the fact that you’ll pay even after canceling. If you do plan on canceling, be prepared to pay more after you cancel. They just want to steal your money!

I strongly recommend not signing up at Triad Fitness. I cancelled my membership in person as required on the April 1st. I was told that I would be charged 1 more time on April 15th because I need to give 30 day notice. I signed the cancellation and was given a yellow copy. I lost my yellow copy and now its May 17th and I was charged again. Triad says they have no record of me cancelling and I would have to provide proof or else come in and cancel again in person. Which I did and took a picture this time so I will not lose it. Please read all the reviews on google and yelp, Triad Fitness is stealing money from a lot of people like myself by magically losing their paper copy of the cancellation form.

I recently started to go back after restrictions were lifted and I am surprised to see that they are keeping up with the place cleaned and lots of hand sanatizers around for everyone to use.

Love it. It’s a small gym so expect a crowd during the usual gym rush hours.

Lots of cardio equipment and big space lots of potential. Cons...not enough weights, no weight racks no maintenance or organization and only 1 machine/bench of everything lots of wait time. Hopefully after this pandemic is over theyll expand and add more and be more organized.

1st here at Triad and I gotta say I like the vibe and the weight selection. Staff is friendly and keep the gym very clean.

I was getting five guys and noticed the outdoor gym. They put all their weight lifting machines and dumbbells outside except the leg press, stair masters, and treadmills. Very well laid out. $58 to get my first month started and $29.99 per month after. Perfect to get me through this lockdown until the gyms closer to my apartment open up!

It’s a good gym and all but after you try to cancel your membership they will still charge you for not going multiple of my family members are still being charged after they canceled their membership 2+ months ago

Ive been going to triad for a month and I love it! All of the employees are super friendly and helpful and the owner gave my family and me a great deal. All of the machines are always working properly and their employees regularly clean them. The thing I love most is the day care. I have 3 little ones and the girls who work in there are great with all of my kids. I highly recommend triad fitness.

Billed me for 2 months after I canceled my membership and when I called to ask the person answering the phones was been consistently rude and shows a severe lack of respect for their costumers. Would not recommend as a gym for anybody

Love Triad fitness. My only problem is the weekend hours. I wish they stayed open longer hours throughout the week especially on the weekend. I love the classes that are included in your membership. I dont have a child, but for them to offer child care is pretty convenient. Never really encountered broken machines. The ones Ive seen out of order, get repaired rather quickly. For being a smaller gym, I think they have a great selection of machines and heavy weights. They also offer group and solo training.

By far best gym ive been too. I was a member of LA fitness, and i was a member of 24 hour fitness for 8 years. Triad fitness is much cleaner, never any broken equipment. Also the most competitive pricing anywhere. Great child care during the day at an affordable price. This is truly a gym for every health enthusiast. The family man to the power lifters. I definitely recommend this gym.

Worst gym didn’t feel the vibe there

Hopefully they can refund me for the months that they should have been closed since we are in the state of CA. I have seen multiple reviews on here and yelp about the process it has taken them to get into contact with anyone from the gym. I found it surprising that they never notified their members either in writing like they said they would in the first email they sent out to members alerting them payment would be on hold.

Love this place. Better than any gym Ive ever been too. They Jose Athletes for all class, it never disappoints me.

Ive had a membership to Triad for over 2 years now. The gym is kind of small but I have no real complaints. Its convenient and inexpensive. I do like to avoid peak hours (roughly 5 pm to 8 pm) because Im not much of a people person. The stairmasters (of which there are 4) tend to fill up when its busy but a spot will normally open up in 10 minutes or so. Ive heard good things about their Boot camp class but never personally attended.

I really enjoy Triad Fitness. Im a college student at APU and the gym is in great walking distance. I was a competitive gymnast in before coming to college, and I really wanted to start working out again, but I was nervous about going to a gym. However, the people at triad are friendly and there isnt any shaming while youre there. My favorite part the gym is that there is a space for the women to workout without being checked out. Another great thing is that its a reasonable price to be a member. The only struggle with triad is because the gym isnt huge, it does get crowded.

You will find no better gym than TRIAD FITNESS. You are more than a number at this gym. They offer a variety of classes. The gym is always clean. The staff are wonderful. Everyone is so nice. Even the people who workout there. Ive never been to a gym as great as TRIAD. Theres just something special about it. I highly recommend TRIAD to anyone who wants an experience. I love going there and Ive been a member for over two years. If you read something negative about them, know that it is the exception and certainly not the rule. An amazing place to be.

Triad is never really super crowded and has a nice variety of machines and free weights. My favorite part is the bootcamp room with bumper plates.

This place is awesome! I almost got a membership at LA Fitness in Glendora, but didnt like the way the GM there handled his sales pitch, so I gave Triad a call and Im so glad I did. Their prices are way better, everyone who works there is nice and personable, and the owner is a super cool guy. I highly recommend Triad Fitness.

Would definitely be careful signing up for this gym. When you try to cancel your membership, they charge you for an additional month after you cancel just to grab an extra months fees from you. If you try to stop the automatic payments, instead of canceling the membership automatically, if they cant process the payment, they keep your membership open and keep charging you and end up sending it to collections. Really shady way of grabbing extra money from their members.

Please READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP !!!! Good gym equipment and environment. However the management are money hungry frauds. Once you cancel your gym membership and sign, I suggest taking pictures and writing down time and date! They will charge you and keep charging you even if you cancelled! Save your money and avoid this gym at all costs. Look at reviews under mine . THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND WONT TRY TO WORK WITH YOU ! Protect your money! Sign up at the countless other gyms. You won’t regret it ! Don’t lose yellow slip because they will magically lose their copy too and keep charging you for your hard earned money.

Great local gym. Cheap dues for any gym, but they also have free classes and a lot of space and a wide variety of equipment. Free weight area, cardio machine area, weight machine area, yoga room and multipurpose crossfit style room (giant tires and sledgehammers etc.).

THE GYM IS ADEQUATE FOR A LOCAL GYM- UNFORTUNATELY THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE ARE POORLY TRAINED. THE MANAGERS ARE GREAT BUT THE STAFF LACK BASIC COMMUNICATION SKILLS. IF I UPLOADED SOME OF THE THINGS IVE PERSONALLY WITNESSED TO U-TUBE THE GYM WOULD GO BANKRUPT SOON- THEY ARE LAZY, AND THEY WILL CAUSE A SCENE IN FRONT OF THE MEMBERS BY YELLING VICIOUSLY TO LOCAL KIDS THAT ARE LOOKING TO WORK OUT WITH A GUEST PASS- AT 12:00 TODAY WE (MEMBERS) WITNESSED IT AGAIN. A YOUNG MALE HISPANIC ATTEMPTED TO USE HIS GUEST PASS BUT IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY THE MANAGER ENGAGED IN A LOUD VERBAL CONFRONTATION WITH HIM, WE THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO FIGHT PHYSICALLY, BUT THE YOUNG MAN WALKED OUT, WITH THE MANAGER STILL CURSING AT HIM WHEN HE WAS ALREADY OUTSIDE- APPARENTLY HES BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH TRASHING NEW POTENTIAL MEMBERS - UNLESS ITS WITH CORPORATES PERMISSION. I SEE LAWSUITS-

They DONT offer guest passes anymore. For people who work weekends ( and two jobs) cant bring a friend for free Fri-Sun. Pretty stupid business idea even the employees thought it was stupid.

Hey Chuck just wanted to share that I have been quite busy and out of the scene of Zumba for a while, but I stopped in and took Isabels class in the the 2nd room, well honestly I am not a Fan Of The Second Room since the floor is truly not Adequate for certain types of group exercises (IE Zumba) but...... Isabel truly works with the clients and the room situation.. Kudos for this and too her.Thanks,Maria Scott

I was away for 1 year and a half due to head injury, thought about canceling but chuck talked me out of it and now I am back looking forward to loosing 20 pounds, and of course being healthy is my goal thank you chuck for great customer service!

I like everything that this gym offers, apart from the monthly fees they are very accessible for all the services they offer you. It is always clean, and the morning zumba classes are excellent.
