I come here for my eyebrows, they do a good job. However, this last time i went, I decided to get my upper lip done. I was in a hurry and the lighting isnt all that good so I thought it was fine. I just looked in the bathroom mirror and there are huge gaps that she didnt get. Wow. Guess I will stick to my old place for my upper lip.

Sara cut my eyelids 6 times. I have never experienced this much pain over eyebrow threading in my life. I asked for a clean up and she shaped them round. Would not recommend. Very unhappy.Also asked customer before me if she was going to tip. Pretty sure that’s not how it works exactly but... okay.

Great service!! I have been getting my eyebrows done at this place for the past two year and i love it!!! I have never left dissapointed honestly. They also have the points system which i love because i get to do my eyebrows for free eveytime i get 10 points.

The ladies here are so professional.I have been coming here since 4 year .They do very good job on my eyebrow every time I visit them .also they have the 2$ coupon and free eyebrow after 9 times .good place to go for eyebrow

When I showed up they were supposed to open at 10am. It was 10:15. I was standing by the door and they walked into the store and locked the door. I’m standing outside and they are inside talking and doing who knows what. They didn’t tell me to give them a minute or anything. If your open sign is on and if your sign says you open at 10 you should take costumers at 10! I ended up leaving and I’m not planing on going back any time soon.

Very unprofessional the ladies here sometimes do good job but mostly bad and they will try to rip you off by giving you a half of a job done and when you want them to fix it they say they dont see nothing wrong and your done and have the nerve to ask for a tip after. They even tryed to take my free treading away but saying I didnt do 12 treading and that I only did one. Overall its very bad dont go there
