Worst customer service Ive ever experienced, in fact.. Im shocked. Myself, along with three other people had to wait in line for nearly an hour only to reach the front desk and made to wait for more. Not only were we asked to wait an eternity but the worker had a TERRIBLE attitude and awful, offensive facial expressions. Maybe she hates her job? Maybe she hates her life? Susan Yadira of store #4162 was very rude, aggressive, unconcerned, and unhelpful. After my trying to patiently explain I have been getting overcharged both for depositing, and withdrawing due to the fact I have direct deposit, she became immediately irritated, and told me take it somewhere else. Not even putting any effort in to assist in my situation.

If I could give negative starts I would. The staff here take forever, they have no concept of quick customer service, chit chatting with customers regardless of a lengthening line. The store barely provides air conditioning to customers, just the small amount that leaks under the bullet proof glass from the comfortable staff area.The store provides financial services to the poor and charge an exceptionally large amount for it. This makes it impossible for them to ever get ahead. Lining up to pay a fee to be able to pay utility bills, to pay 3% to cash a check, to pay $50 for a loan of $250.Its amazing that somehow they have convinced themselves theyre providing a decent service at a decent price. I honestly dont know how these people can look their families in the eye as they systematically pillage their communities.

Your money order prices are way out of line. Cashback loans are about 2.30 less across the street. You need to bring down the money order prices. You dont even compete with others. Thats crazy 3.39 for a 1000 money order whsw a rip off.

The online web page is total false. They say you can pick up money same day at local location, after 20 mins inputting information and then doing a 2 way call with bank, finally approved, then said it would be in my account within 2 days, cannot pick up. What is the use of getting an payday loan when you can pixk up, i will have got paycheck before loan.

Assistance by the associate to assist in getting me the loan, but based on my income at the time, the loan wasnt sufficient enough for my purposes.

It takes forever there because there is only one person working everytime I come in and 6 people in line. Sucks sucks sucks. Ive watched to episodes of narcos and im still got one more check loan in front of me to go.
