I JUST RECEIVED AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM A & Q CARPETS YESTERDAY.I WAS GRATEFUL TO THEIR WORKERS.THEY ARE SO ADORABLE AND FRIENDLY.I CALLED THEM TO CLEAN UP MY CARPET AND THEY DID IT PROPERLY.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I would give them a zero star if possible. When I booked an order over the phone, they gave me a price. After they arrived, they said they couldn’t provide the service I ordered, and they want to charge me more than four times of what I ordered. We told the person that we don’t want the service and he still lingered for awhile, trying to negotiate the price with us. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, and I don’t understand how they get all five stars on google. Please avoid such a scam!

So I do not know where most of these four star reviews came from, But literally they just left my house today August 19th 2021. I was supposed to get my carpet service and to my amazement when I called they quoted me $39 per room. Once these scumbags arrive & enter my house they looked at three small rooms and hallway then told me it was going to cost me 250 Per room. So in total was going to summer to 1200. Are you kidding me I might as well buy a new carpet. Even during covid I cannot believe some businesses are still trying to scam people. I highly do not recommend them for they are not honest with their quotes.

A & Q Carpets is super amazing! I called them to have my sofa and some rugs cleaned. They did a flawless job in it! Im amazed by how fast and how professional they work. I highly recommend these guys!

Friendly staff and amazing service! I was so impressed. And impressed is an understatement. Not a single stain was left. It was immaculate! The house looked better than when I moved in! The carpet looked like it may have a few more years on it as well, and it was plush again. I cannot say enough good things about them.

It was a pleasure to have A & Q Carpets work on my sofa,loveseat,and chair.They did an excellent job! Carpets are in a bad condition = super muddy! I am just glad that a colleague of mine recommended A & Q Carpets. The carpets had been cleaned by A & Q Carpets just a couple of months before, and that job was the best. I had to have the carpets cleaned again because I had been visited by a family of rats while I had the kitchen remodeled. The company is the best, in response, in getting there, and getting the job done. I did not expect the travertine to look as good as it did. I am happy with the work and prices and can recommend them for sure!!

Ive figured out that the ripples on my carpets are due to improper steam cleaning. I was so unhappy with the last company we get to do it. So I have to have my carpet stretch to bring it back to its normal state. A & Q Carpets was recommended by a friend. They did a flawless job in stretching my carpet, its good as new. Ill totally use them again for other carpet related services. Great service and reasonable prices!

My carpet looks like new! I called Wednesday and they came out Thursday. The two service tech were very polite and professional. I will definitely use this company again! Fast response timem, friendly and good service!!

Their worked diligently and pricing were very fair (I shopped around). Plus our furniture looks (and smells!) like new! I would recommend him to anyone and I would definitely use him again!

Their pricing were very reasonable. Scheduling was easy. they were shockingly professional and courteous. I would totally use them again when my basement carpet needs to be cleaned again.

Excellent service, quick turnaround, and kind/professional staff. To get my couch and carpets cleaned in 2 large bedrooms, I only paid $150. They did a great job, and I will definitely hire them for future cleanings.

The tech was early to our appointment, knowledgeable, and really took the time to figure out the best way to clean our carpets. He cleaned two stories of carpet as well as all of the stairs in about an hour and a half for a very reasonable price. A & Q Carpets - Thanks a lot!
