Son had an appointment at 1215 today. My son and I showed up at 1207 and one of the two barbers confirmed the appointment and said theyd be with us soon. At 1235 we walked out after nearly 30 minutes of waiting. Got an email and said our appointment was cancelled; what a joke!!! What is the purpose of an appointment? TERRIBLE customer service.

Ive been to Junior 3 times already. He is very friendly and professional. However Ive only had 1 good haircut with him. All three times I showed him the same pictures of me with the longer slicked back fade hairstyle I like. 2 out of the 3 times he cut my hair too short to comb back and also too long to spike up. I would not recommend if you want this type or hairstyle and have thicker hair.

Great barber shop. Chill atmosphere, good music, relaxing environment, and every barber knows how to cut hair. Not like other shops that are dice rolls on weather or not your walking out with a crooked fade.

1st haircut since Covid hit and it was worth it! Upon arrival I was asked to sanitize while my temperature was checked. I called for an appointment and when I arrived the shop was empty - which was comforting given the social distancing guidelines.The barber was professional and worked around my mask for a painless cut. With the jazzy music playing and the calming colors all around I was able to relax a bit amid all the craziness. Definitely gonna be a repeat customer. I hope theyre able to stay open for a long time.

I have been getting my cuts here for the better part of a year. The service is always excellent, the cuts are priced reasonably, and they are taking the most appropriate precautions during COVID.

Facility is clean, I had a 5:30PM Appointment, They did not rush my haircut, most barbers are tired at the end of the day. They instead maintained their great performance at the end of the day and provided a nice haircut for me. I will be a returning customer.

Dont waste your time going anywhere else, Ive seriously gone to every barbershop in SGV and no one even comes close. If you take your cuts seriously this is the place for you, I have never had a bad cut. Yoshi did my cut today and every detail was absolutely immaculate, but you cannot go wrong with Josh or Junior either. This place is top notch. The barbers are great, they treat you as soon as you walk in with a free drink of your choice, they give great cuts, good conversation, great prices. I drive from Pasadena just to go here. I see Josh and he gives me a great cut every single time.

Quality, authenticity, consistency. This shop is pure class! Not only do you get a great cut every time, but Junior and the barbers at Made Man understand the importance of genuine customer service, and they deliver it every time from the moment you walk in till you leave. Junior has been my barber for quite a while now... I moved 30+ minutes away, and I still make the drive to Azusa just to go to Made Man.

Great haircuts all around. Price is reasonable for the service provided. Usually $20-25 a cut, and they do a full neck-shave service. The barbers themselves are cool guys, like to joke around a lot which keeps things entertaining. Usually listening to really good music too. Generally, the cuts range between 30-60 min long depending on the barber. Best barber shop Ive found in Azusa area yet (and Ive tried then ALL)

Amazing place! My first time heres as on Monday may 22nd I was cut up by Junior and let me tell you this place is great. I go to a lot of barbershops but I got to hand to this one. Junior took his time with me and was very insightful and cared about my haircut. If you like a no nonsense barbershop with a great old style atmosphere, then this is the place for you. Of course it will set you back $22 dollars w/out tip for a regular haircut (taper fade etc) which is cheap for the quality of haircut you get here! They accept credit cards here too which is great because many barbershops tend to avoid it for tax purposes. Highly recommend it and if theres a waiting time to get to Junior, Id recommend waiting for him.

Junior is THE MAN. I went in because my brother had such rave reviews. The gentlemen at Made Man were kind, greeted me with a cold beer and gave me the best haircut Ive had in years. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be going back.

A gem in a very small strip mall. I needed a cut and walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Yoshi (think thats his right name) and was given an amazing mid fade combover. He sat me down and took over, and showed how his 25 + years of cutting hair has made him a true professional. I found me a new go to guy and must say if your in the area, hit up this place, the other two barbers in the shop had customers who looked happy. Price is very fair for the job done and I will return, but next time I will set an appointment. I will say that everyone at my job noticed the cut and everyone loved it and made nothing but positive comments! Thanks !!!

Awesome barbershop with professional barbers, Ive visited Made Man Barbershop a couple of times already and I have left satisfied with my haircut every single time. I highly suggest anybody who is considering trying out a new shop or is in need of a haircut, definitely swing by and pay the shop a visit.

Ever since I moved to Azusa I been on the hunt on finding a local Barber shop that I could call it my go to spot. Well, the hunt is over! Not only I got a great haircut, I felt very welcomed to the shop with some amazing customer service by Junior.

I tried few barber shops in this community, but Made Man Barber is not as good as the others.their work was sketchy. i will not recommend

I came from West covina Covina because I read the reviews and thought was a good idea, I got here at 630pm and they had signs outside that it was closed but in the door and internet it says they close at 7 pm, I walked in and asked and they said they were close because the last hair cut was at 630pm so, for me was a waste of time,gas and fake advertising, the guy who said this was wearing a tie and a little hat and there was someone else as well this was 9/5/17

A little high in the prices. Went for a shave and cost to much and the shave was ok.
