Ive had a storage unit there for 3 years. In that 3 years Ive had my unit burglarized twice now. They will swear up and down that their property is secure. The only 2 cameras they have there couldnt even pull a license plate from the vehicles suspected of the thefts. If you think having an indoor unit is safe its not. The thieves rented a unit inside and hid inside the unit until they closed having access to the facility after hours. Oh you have a nice heavy duty lock on your unit? Dont bother, they will just drill out the rivets on the door slider rendering your locks useless. If you want your items stolen rent a unit here. If you dont, look elsewhere.

My family has been customers of this Public Storage since about 2014. Though this unit is a little far from us, weve stayed because of the good price and the great service. Really grateful to the staff who help us close out our unit. They were really accommodating with the truck that came to remove our stuff and were flexible when we needed. Take it from a six year customer, this is a great facility that is spacious and safe to store your belongings. Thank you Vanessa, Curtis, and Eric for all of your excellent care!

I think I go to this place more than I see in my own mother haha! I’ve had my staff here for close to two years. Only issues I’ve had is forgetting my space key! The staff here is great always super helpful. Vanessa and Holly are usually the two that I see when I’m there. They’re super attentive and always in good spirits. There’s a couple of super chill younger guys that work there too. All good people.

I’m happy with my unit and customer service. Using the restroom is a drag and sometimes dirty- but when it’s clean, it’s super clean. The grounds are clean and the staff is super friendly.

They sold my storage with out contacting me. I only found out when I received a check in the mail and wondered what was going on. Yes I was late but I was homeless and my storage was worth over 25,000 dollars. They never sent me anything by mail but a fricken check for 98.00. Don’t ever go there because they will sell your whole life savings and don’t even care. The worst storage place I’ve ever had.

First off, I would like to mention Ive used several different self storage companies but this is the first time Ive used public storage.I made my reservation online which was easy and seamless. Tabitha, the manager, called me to make sure I had everything I needed to make sure I had a good experience with my move-in to the storage.When I came in, Tabitha was extremely helpful, professional and personable. She helped me feel confident with my choice. She walked me through every step of the way and even checked up on me when I was unloading my U-Haul. They even have a bathroom (my last unit at another company didnt).The facilities were very clean and everything was in working order. Also, the several layers of security to get to my storage unit provided me with much reassurance that my belongings would be safe.Surprisingly, this was also the most affordable storage unit in the area even though they offer so much more. I can really tell the employees at this facility take pride in their customer service and keeping the facility safe, clean and secure. I highly value customer service above all else and Tabitha definitely hit the nail on the head with how she treated me like a new friend and not just another number.I definitely would recommend public storage to friends and family.

Hollee and Vanessa are some great employees! You see them making a big effort to find you what you need. I walked in and needed a space and they were able to help me figure out what size I would need and at a great price point. 10/10 would recommend

I am so thankful for the amazing customer service I was given at this location. Vanessa and Hollee were very attentive and cooperative when answering all the questions I had. Not only that, but they went into detail when talking about the units available. They made me feel very comfortable and interested in what I was looking for. I am beyond happy with my experience and will recommend this location to my family and friends.

This is my first time renting a storage. I made the reservation on Thursday at night. On Friday, Tabitha called me to confirm my reservation. When I got here, Tabitha was amazing. She showed me the storage, gave me a good time and also provided me a good deal. I really recommend this storage if you are looking for one. Remember, Always ask for Tabitha, she is the best in here.

Very enthusiastic! The interior of the warehouse is clean and tidy, and it looks safe, so we rented the warehouse very happily!

Great Service. The Property Manager is Always helpful!!!:-)- that was a review I had for a few years. Most workers are very nice. But one lady calls like an angry social worker, even when your balance isnt far due. I dont know who she is because she also hangs up. But I dont want to mix her up with the very nice woman who calls. Not sure whats going on there. I did bump heads before with an upper manager. I had 5 Stars for a long time. Im gonna take it down a few stars. I dont like getting treated like trash for nothing. That was just so weird.

Holle & Vanessa always cheering and smiling all the time. needed the help either with the little carts or bathroom always in a good mood.The costumer service exceed my expectations. good sale skills...About security., I notice Holle was walking the storage hallways to make sure everything was running smooth.And the place always clean.

Really like they have both indoor and outdoor storage units. Also, there is 24 hour access, which I really like.
