Ive been coming here for years, and i have really enjoyed it. Its a great place to escape for a couple of hours of relaxation. The therapists are very knowledgeable and know their jobs very well. I love Jessica, Will, Sonia, and Paris. The front desk is always super helpful and cheerful. I would give this establishment 7 stars if i could.

Massage is great with Kim, but this company is a joke. I wanted to cancel my membership, because my hours have been cut back at work and I cant afford to have $70.00 taken out of my bank account. When I notified the receptionist, she said I have to give two weeks notice, because they were still going to take my money, at that time I advised her that I had already notified my bank to make sure that doesnt happen, she advised me that her manager was going to call me cause I cant cancel without the 2 week notice. I still have supposedly a massage that is paid for so I booked it for next week. Yesterday I get a voicemail from massage Envy, that because I dont want to freeze my membership I dont qualify for the massage. Today I get a call that because my account isnt active, meaning they couldnt take any money out of my account, I cant cancel cause the membership isnt current. PLEASE, REALLY!!! I filled out my cancellation last month on the 27th of April..NEVER WILL I GO BACK NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

I really love going to this location. the people here are extremely friendly and professional. my favorite therapist is Elly. Whenever im stressed i know she will help me relax. this location deserves 6 stars for sure!!!

Horrible experience! Im 6 months pregnant and have had countless prenatal massages. The massage therpist said she had prenatal experience but obviously did not. Not to mentioned gave me the lighter touch massage in the world, then said it was company policy. I could have gotten a massage from a 5 year old and felt more pressure.

Asked for light massage and the girl did the deepest massage I was in pain during, but she said she had too because I had knots, I work out a lot so I just wanted to relax, but nope, I was in pain for 4 days!! I couldnt even sit against a chair it felt like I got beaten with a whip and bat! Would not recommend this azusa location. I dont think your suppose to rub out knots that rough & quick, I would think it would be over time. PAINFUL.

I usually go to West Covina but they didnt have a time when I was available. I called Azusa and was going to see if perhaps I could get in there. The girl who answered the phone spoke so fast in her scripted phone speech I didnt understand a word she said. I said to her I didnt understand what you said you spoke so fast she then repeated herself the same way to which I said Im sorry I speak perfect English and I cannot understand a word you are saying so I am hanging up very poor way to conduct business. I will take my money elsewhere.

David is my favorite masseuse. Need very strong massage. He accommodates my bodys problems.

Place is pricey and the masseur was ok. Could use some improvement on deep tissue massaging

Hours of operation 8:00 am-10 pm says the sign on the door & online. I show up at 8:10. Door locked, a lady behind the desk says they arent open, open at 8:45. I say, your hours are advertised as 8 am. She replies yeah, Im the owner, we arent open.
