Do not show up for scheduled appointments and wont answer the phone if you call. Will happily answer other customers calls as I found out by calling from a business number. Will over charge you and then disappear.

Great company

Although the technicians arrived on time and did a decent job,I did not enjoy having the estimator attempt to rip me off and the extra time it took to get them to give me a fair price.First of all, a man named Mark never came out to see what the job entailed. He gave me a price of $850.Then on Tuesday,the two man crew came out and removed a small piece of a duct in the bathroom closet.It took them one hour to complete the job.I asked if they could call the boss and get a price adjustment.The man named Mark called me and said that $850 was the minimum and no adjustment could be made.I wrote the check but did feel that it did not seem fair.Then I happened to look them up on Yelp and I saw a good review for them.The only thing was the person who wrote the review was only charged $650 for a job that took 3 hours with 3 ducts removed.After reading this,I called back and left Mark a voicemail then I called the office.Eventually after a few hours on the telephone with Jeanette they agreed to reducing the price to $650.Considering it only took them one hour this still did not seem like an appropriate price.Jeanette told me I had to take a new check to the office in Azusa and pick up my other check.She told me to be there at 3:30pm.I arrived on time but the crew had not arrived.Jeanette told me that the crew was stuck in traffic somewhere on the 405.She told me that she would deliver the check to my house the next day and I could pay the $650 them too.I was not happy about this but agreed and drove away.Then a five minutes later she calls me and tells me that the crew arrived with my check.I tell her that I will turn around and come back.This really just added to my frustration with the company.I did turn around and pick up my check and write them a new one for $650.I just feel that the company is unprofessional and the estimator Mark had no problem being unethical and insisting on taking $850 for a job that was barely worth paying $650 for.It caused me undue stress and took up extra hours in my day to get treated fairly.Would not refer them to friends or relatives.Thank God for Yelp reviews!
