Ive done business with PTB regularly for 4 or 5 years now. In my experience, theyre competitive for their market, and are a reliable service provider.

Horrible service not friendly at all

Very bad experience from start to finish. Originally sent pump to them to be rebuilt on Jan 20th, on the 31st I emailed to make sure they got it and to find out when it was expected to be completed. I was told it was expected to be completed and shipped back on Feb 24th. After several calls and emails that went unanswered I was eventually informed on March 1st that it was going to cost nearly $5000 to repair the pump that they are advertising for sale for $2650, but wait, they dont actually have this pump for sale even though I was originally told they do and was told that they would waive the evaluation fee if the pump could not be fixed and I decided to buy the rebuilt one. Very unprofessional business who lied to me and misled me throughout the whole process. Please find someone else to work with.
