The ladies that work front desk likes to aruge with custormers verry rude when i went in.

Wish I could give 0 stars, website is trash and their customer service is garbage....

The mail lady who covers panorama, and the management in the office are AMAZING. Every time i need help or have a question they answer quickly and help me in anyway they can. They go above and beyond their duties and are so thoughtful. I just had the mail lady bring my garden bugs so they wouldnt bake in the mailbox. So kind and thoughtful even through roughs times! I adore them! Thank you guys!

Front desk lady has an attitude problem! Been in there a total of 3 times and every single time she has been rude and asking her any question is impossible, nothing but attitude! Probably shouldnt work at the counter if you dont wanna do you dam job and treat customers with respect like you should!

The front counter lady rocks. Besides that theyll cram oversized in tiny po boxes.and then make you wait in line to pickup some tiny box. Seems like they were just being vindictive today when they mangled a book my girlfriwnd just ordered

Im having trouble getting my mail in the correct mail box. Mail person name is Mary Harmony and Earl Bowsher, we live at 2122 West Aztec Bluavard, Aztec, NM 87410.Unit BThe landlord rearranged all mailboxes I went from 1st box to 3rd box, I put our names inside and outside. And Im still not getting my mail. So mail person please help us out and use correct box I would so Appreciate It!! Sorry for all the mix up.

I dont typically mail items through this post office but I stopped in out of convenience on halloween day. The employee was having a nice chat with a customer while I filled out my shipping label. Another customer walks in and the employee greets the guy by name. I approach the counter and Im greeted with a strange expression like I had horns growing out of my head. Typical small town behavior. Youd think a post office employee would be more professional but perhaps Im expecting too much out of the people from this area. Not that Id avoid going back but I expect to be treated like everyone else even if you dont recognize me.

The Aztec New Mexico post office is a friendly small town post office. With that though comes slow service because theres a lot of chit-chat to goes on. So, if youre not in a hurry, its a great little place to mail a package.

Fast and friendly service Great people and I did not have to wait in line.
