Way to expensive under pool equipment

I have been having problems with my pool for a few years and attempted to go through my home warranties many recommended pool service companies but it was never resolved. I was at my wits end when I decided to call the local pool service Aqualine Pools. They sent over Shawn who not only resolved the issue in less than an hour but also identified the other issue with my waterfall pump that had been quoted as needing a whole new pump saving me $$$. He explained the issues and answered several other questions I had. I thought my pool would never be good again but it is back to being perfect! Thank you Aqualine Pools & more notably, thank you Shawn! I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance on your pool. They are honest and very knowledgeable.

Just there 15 minutes ago and have been there several times before. This time, even though there were no less than three employees in the store, I was ignored after standing there for a full five minutes (about a 300 sf area). There was one employee who was taking care of the only other customer in the place. That customers every fourth word was either an F-bomb or GD, and no one said a word to him! Nice. I wont go back. Ignored for someone so disrespectful that they had zero concern for power cursing in front of complete strangers. And a store that tolerates it? Doesnt matter which direction you go down 199, there are other pool places along the way. Ill be using one of those. I hope you think about doing so yourself.

Not happy with the young lady that just sold 2 gallons of acid for 8,300 gallon pool. Told me to put a full gallon and half of the other one in the pool. Sold me other products that I did not need I to her it’s a salt water pool Obviously she did not know what she was doing.I had the water tested it did not need the acid in the pool the it just needed more salt.

My family has used their services for many years. They are dependable, reasonably priced, and the technicians are professional and pleasant.

My wife and I discussed having my pool repaired by this company and even did a walk through with the owner of the company on my property to show him the problem and was given a quote for the amount it would cost to service my pool and fix the pump. The first day they came to work, the guy broke a part on my pool pump as he was trying to disassemble it. The owner and the worker knew this happened. Also, I was asked to order a different part for the pump and I did. Upon the day that they returned to finish the job, they denied breaking the initial part and said they would charge me for a used one that they had at their shop. I knew it was deceptively wrong of them to try to charge me for a part that they broke yet I knew we would still discuss this more once the service was done. After the work was completed I expected to negotiate a price based on issue of the part they broke, but in turn I was told the owner would call me the following week. When he called he said we needed to meet in person. So the following day he was waiting in my backyard before our set time and when I got there he was trying to take parts from my pool pump. I was alarmed since I was expecting professionalism but instead he aggressively spoke to me about payment while flicking cigarette ash in my yard and giving an outrageous invoice for $300 more than he had originally quoted. The price of the service and the used part was clearly gouged for profit and I knew that I had been set up. The owner Jack, who I originally thought was decent and professional was rude and disrespectful even though I was giving him business. Working with Aqualine was a horrible experience. A decent business should not trespass on someones property before they arrive to try to take parts of their pool equipment. A decent business owner should not make threats to force the client into paying a price that was not agreed upon for services and parts. This business just wanted to steal my money under false pretense. Beware!
