Blue Ribbon Rain Gutter (Sam specifically, but this goes to the entire team) is an example of professionalism at its finest. I typically don’t leave feedback, but I’m sure like many of you, I have had my expectations lowered in terms of level of service I expect to receive from the various companies I do business with these days.As such, I’ve been paying a little more attention to reading the reviews before committing to any service. Although it doesn’t always pay off, in the case of Blue Ribbon Rain Gutter, it is clear to me why they are so highly rated.Although my project was relatively small to start (detached garage & outdoor cabana), I was pleasantly surprised with timely and friendly service that I received. They arrived exactly as scheduled, promptly completed the work with great attention to detail and very high quality workmanship; which I initially chocked up to mere chance. However, after the initial installation, my new gutter received damaged by a separate contractor during a subsequent phase of my project. When I reached out to Blue Ribbon to see about getting the damaged section replaced (now even a smaller job), I received the same level of outstanding customer service despite such a small job was likely more of a hassle for them… This type of service after the sale, goes beyond the luck of the draw... OUTSTANDING! Top notch service and professionalism.Blue Ribbon, whatever you guys are doing, keep it up. It is noticed and appreciated. I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else.

First off they were always really quick to answer their phone.. Second I was looking for a company to replace some gutters on a commercial property and Sam sent someone out to take a look and when the bid came back it was something that they werent able to do because of the specialty of the job but Sam went above and beyond explaining what I need and helped point me in the right direction.. We replaced our old gutters and added gutters with leaf guards around the rest of our house. Blue ribbon was very professional, and beat the other 2 quotes by about $300. After 6 months, I’m very pleased with their work. Our gutters work and look great!

This gutter business was referred by our roofer who is also one of the best roofers in DFW. Mike came and looked at our problem. He was very professional and we felt very comfortable trusting him which is rare for us since we have been price gouged by other companies. We asked him to do a specific job other companies would not agree to do and he also gave us advice about simple things we could do ourselves. Thats the mark of a good business and a good employee. We would have no problem asking or trusting this company to do bigger jobs for us in the future. We recommend them highly. FYI- Its been a few rainy days since we had our work done. We requested some unique repairs and Im happy to report that the work has stood the test and fuctioned just as we had hoped. Excellent work because he did what we asked and he did it well(professionally).

Fantastic job. They tied in with the existing gutters on the house and covered all gutters. They were very punctual (actually early), very professional, very speedy and cleaned up very well when they were finished. Would recommend them in a second.

My husband and I had a new house built and decided to use Blue Ribbon Rain Gutter instead of our builder. We are SO HAPPY we made the decision to use Blue Ribbon because we got some of the best gutters we’ve ever seen! The customer service was fantastic!! They went above and beyond to help make sure we got the exact color we wanted (instead of trying to talk us into white like our builder), they drew a custom plan of where the down spots would go to eliminate drainage issues we had, and they completely stood by their work. We also got seamless gutters and they did a fantastic job of cutting them at the perfect height to allow for our sod that was coming. I would use them again in a heart beat!!!
