They come quickly are knowledgeable and professional. They had me replace outside unit and evaporator coil after large Freon leakand said no reason to replace whole unit. I know other companies would tell you whole thing would have to be replaced cause it happened in past with another unit. Great company to work with

LOVE Poe Air!!! We have had 2 other people come out to fix our A/C unit. 1 replaced a transformer and 1 replaced some little black box thing that kept frying out. Poe checked EVERYTHING! Gary found a leak and fixed it, found some crazy wiring that somebody else had done and made it right and a couple of other things. He was fast, thorough, and professional. Not only that but they are also amazing people with big hearts. They are actively involved in helping a lot of homeless people and they give from their hearts. They will be the ONLY call we will make from now on. Could not ask for a better company!

Gary Poe came to us highly recommended, and for a good reason. He really knows his stuff. He was trained in the military, and has many years of experience since then. When you hire Poe Air, you skip the maximum-profit approach that comes with the big companies who somehow keep going to all new system as the fix you need for say, a compressor. He is the only AC tech we could find that would replace your current refrigerant when done instead of charging $900 for new refrigerant, making an $8000++ total replacement job into a $2200 only-what you-need job. He then fine-tuned the air flow part of things to get the best performance even with our fairly old system. A great example of a local family business!

They responded promptly from the online service request and came out the next day. They looked over our system thoroughly, checked the freon which we didnt need any and cleaned the condenser. Jim made some recommendations as to when is the best time to replace the a/c system.

Gary Poe is the best air conditioning service professional I have ever used! He is incredibly knowledgeable with our huge home that has air conditioners and a refrigeration unit. He is very very good at diagnosing problems, fixing them, cleaning up, when the job is done. He also puts covers on his shoes when he is walking around the house! I love that I can pay a monthly fee so the cost is divided over 12 months to do air-conditioning checks both in the spring and the fall. His office manager calls to remind me that It is time for AC cleaning and checks, which is very nice! I would highly recommend Poe Air!

There are few people on this planet as kind and honest as Gary and the Poe Air team. I called three other places about my AC unit in Azle, TX before Poe Air. Three! Each one quoted me thousands of dollars to replace my AC unit. Sorry, I misspoke. They quoted me tens of thousands to replace the unit. I was panicking over how I would even begin to pay for this. My husband and I are trying to retire and we’re considering working for years more just to keep the house cool because of these people.But then Gary came. I’ll admit, I didn’t have much hope that he would repair my unit. I mean at this point he was a he 4th one to come out. Gary checked everything over top to bottom and gave me a list of options. He fixed my coil within a day, came out after hours to help, and worked so diligently to get the job done. I can’t thank him and Poe Air enough. Not once did he even recommend a new unit. He told me there’s plenty of life left in my unit. He got my home cool and comfortable for fractions of what the others were saying. Had an AC unit that was down for several days due to trying to use American Home Shield for service. The AC person they sent said my coil was broken and needed complete replacement but had to get approval from AHS. Several days later, I get a call from AHS that my out-of-pocket costs will be over $2,000 with a pile of charge to get up to code. Then I decided to call Poe Air. Jim came out, put 1 pound of refrigerant in my unit and we had work AC again - for less then $200. I am going to need to replace my AC units and will have that discussion with Poe Air in the fall when rebate prices are better!

Very happy with the service that Poe Air provided to us from scheduling to the service call. We needed the AC unit at our rental house checked out for the lack of cool air blowing. Taylor was very personable and honest in the repair needed. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part in his truck. After he installed the new fan the house cooled right away.
