BEST Wedding Decor EVER! Tuby and her husband did an INCREDIBLE job at our wedding! They listened to us and worked with our vision and our budget. I had three wedding events and they managed to turn every area into a wonderland! I HIGHLY recommend hiring You Cant Beat This for your event! I promise you it will be everything you dreamed of and more! Moreover, the team is incredibly wonderful and were a part of our wedding through and through. I started planning with her 8 months in advance and I was painstakingly particular about everything. She worked with me on all the details and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Every guest told me the decor at my wedding was amazing! People commented that the decor is like the pictures you see when you google wedding decor ideas. There was a lot of attention to details and Tuby added things to my decor which were not contracted. She told me before my wedding that she would add things to the decor when she was setting up since sometimes things look sparse once you get them in the ballroom. I didn’t honestly think she would but she added things which I was not expecting and it all turned out spectacular! Would give her a 100 out 10. Best decorator in the Phoenix area. Amazing to work with and executes your vision perfectly and then adds some more on top of that. I also had to delay my wedding because of Covid and Tuby rescheduled me without any issues. We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to Covid. Tuby and her team was nice enough to have another consultation and re-design the whole theme for our wedding pretty much. There was some hiccup on the pricing but I am glad we were able to come to a mid point and our wedding day turned out to be soooo beautiful. im glad I went with Tuby and trusted her until the end! Thank you for all the patience working with us & make our vision come to live!!! it was a wonderful day with all the decoration you had put it up there for us!!!!

Good selection of linens, chairs, and decorations but very expensive. After our initial consultation, we had a good idea of what the price was going to be, but when we got the actual quote it was several hundred more than we had expected or discussed. So make sure you get your quote in writing before you start making any plans.Regardless of where youre looking to rent, its probably way cheaper just to buy the tablecloths, napkins, and centerpiece materials (as long as you dont want anything too crazy) online instead of renting, and then you have them for later!Edit: The company reached out after I posted my review, wishing to discuss what had happened and if I would amend the score/take down the review. Instead, Ill be fully outlining what happened here and the lovely readers can decide for themselves. The company tried to blame the cost increases on requirements the venue set regarding delivery, set-up, and pickup, which (in fairness) may have attributed to the increase in the quote. However, several individual items did cost significantly more in the quote than they did in the initial discussion, and there were additional fees that were not previously discussed. On top of this, the company repeatedly sent quotes directly to our coordinator at the venue, despite several requests by me to receive them directly (both up front in person and by email). This did not sit well with me, especially considering the massive price increase, as it came off like they were trying to hide this; this may not have been the initial intent but it shouldnt take that much effort for me to know exactly what it will be costing and why. Even when I eventually got a written quote it was from my coordinator at the venue, not from the company.Also, when we eventually decided on a different company for the chair rental, there were no excessive delivery/set-up fees, so either the venue changed their policy or that wasnt the case in the first place.

My wife and I were blown away by the superior service and decor provided to us by YCBT! Party Rentals on and before our wedding day. They went above and beyond to make everything look flawless and magical. They are so easy to work with and really spoiled us with their amazing kindness and work ethic. YCBT! Awesome party rentals! I was very happy with my rental experience with You Cant Beat This! The company was extremely responsive when I first reached out to them to inquire about their rentals. Invoicing was super simple and easy. Delivery, set up, and take down was also incredibly easy. Amazing customer service, would definitely use again and recommend!

I’ve used this company a handful of times for parties when I was looking for a little more elegance. Michael has always been friendly, helpful and always willing to work with my budget. I have had a couple issues with items, but even then no complaints because they were quick to resolve the problem (tablecloth wrong size and once a chair damaged - they quickly swapped it out). I’m sure I’ll be a returning customer as their prices are reasonable and they are flexible with my orders.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Due to covid I had to cancel my wedding last minute per government regulations. This is the only vendor of all of my wedding vendors that will not refund my money. Other vendors gave me full refunds or kept deposits and gave the rest. This company is the only one only offering a gift certificate. I have no desire for a gift certificate as I don’t know as of now when I will have my wedding and due to my experience with this company I do not wish to use them again. Their contract even states in case of cancelation they will keep the deposit. It does not state that they only offer refunds in the form of a gift certificate. I have paid them in full and am now out that money. Terrible experience. I would no recommend them to anyone.

I was blown away with the decoration from my 40th birthday party, they completely transformed my back yard into an elegant ballroom.

While we had a few issues the day of my wedding about a year ago, tuby and her husband did a great job of making things work out. They had 3 weddings that day mine being 500 guests. Some things did not go as planned but they do their best to accommodate for any mishaps. Overall service was great and they make sure you are happy and satisfied. I do recommend them as your party rental service. Their product is very lovely. Our church decorations and backdrop for my reception didnt go as planned but thank you tuby for compensating and making it work as I was their third wedding on a very hectic day. I appreciate you guys

I love working with You Cant Beat This Party Rentals because I can always count on them for good and clean rental items. I have rented from other places in the past and the items have not always been clean and in good repair. Tuby and her staff are always professional and accommodating. They also have a very large selection to choose from. That is why I will continue to go back to them and refer others to do the same.

I have rented tables and chairs before with other companies and have had bad experiences with customer service and tables and chairs are very old, but now that I found this rental place I am going to come back for their service and prices are excellent!!

You guys really lost out today. I had an appointment scheduled at 10am but nobody was there. I planned to rent a ton of stuff for my wedding. The hours even said 10-3 but the door was locked, the phone wasnt answered, and i didnt see anyone inside. This is extremely unprofessional and I am guessing this business wont be around much longer. By the way, i won a free centerpiece at the bridal convention. I will be contacting the owners to notify them of this experience so that they no longer promote you.

I rented nice black folding chairs and white table linens from You Cant Beat This and was overall pleased with the experience. I do think there are a lot of new staff and there were a couple of small miscommunications, but nothing major. The rest of the reviews seem accurate in that the time of operation and the time of pick up and drop off are not consistent and that was a bit frustrating. I was told initially to pick up anytime after 1pm on the Friday before my party. I went in the afternoon and when I arrived, I was told it was actually before 1pm to do pickup. That being said, both of the ladies working in the office went around the back, opened the door and loaded the chairs into my car. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and flexible. I originally ordered 40 chairs and changed that number twice including the morning of, when I went to pick them up. They were accommodating and acted like it wasnt a problem at all. I appreciate that flexibility. Their pricing is true to the name and you cant beat it. They have a large selection and the white linens were spotless. The chairs were nice, and none of the pads had rips or tears. I took one star off for the few little miscommunications and for the delivery fee. It is a reasonable fee, but for such a small amount of rented items, the delivery would have been almost half the total cost of the items I rented. If I had a larger party, I wouldnt have hesitated to do delivery. I do think they need to beef up their staff and maybe put a few standards in place so that everyone knows what rules to follow. Other than those few things, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and most likely will in the future. I also would recommend them simply for their flexibility if not simply for their prices.

I was able to get a last minute rental on some tables. Picked up the tables Friday and planed to return them Saturday since at that time google and their front door said they were open Saturdays so I didnt think to ask about it. I now know they are by appointment only on a saturdays. At the time it was inconvient for them to be closed but the owner reached out to me to apologize they are usually there for appointments but the office manager was ill. I was able to return them Monday and they waived the late fee for the inconvenience.

Horrible experience with this company. They had agreed to pickup the rented furniture from the venue at 6pm ( and were were charged for the after store hours pick up). Its now 6:41pm and theyre still not here. The driver that had dropped off the tables and chairs had said yes, someone will be there at 6pm to pickup.What kind of customer service do these people run. Theres no one to get a hold of.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want a headache. Just HORRIBLE!!!

My daughter got married at the Montelucia, Paradise Valley, Arizona on Saturday, November 8th. She was looking to rent gold chairs with pads, table clothes, table chargers and etc. Throughout her search she came across this amazing web-site called You Cant Beat This! Party Rentals and Event Decor and how lucky were we! The customer service with Tuby was amazing and so very helpful. If you have something in mind she will help you find it or do her very best to offer you whatever you need and will beat any price. The quality of all the rentals are excellent on top of the service! With all that goes on in planning an event you can be sure that there is no stress working along with this company. They are hands on and work along with all venues to make it beautiful! My other daughter is getting married on April 25 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Scottsdale, Arizona and thank you to Tuby for providing us for what we need in making sure everything is taking care of on her special day. YCBT Party Rentals provided outstanding service for an outdoor wedding at Scottsdale Civic Center Park. Their services were very professional and extremely affordable. They went above and beyond in helping us move our ceremony location on last minutes notice. The night before the wedding we were surprised to see an immovable structure erected over our ceremony stage by the parks department, creating quite an eyesore, and we were not told about this until we showed up for the rehearsal. YCBT came through famously by working with our day of coordinator to move everything to a different location in the park, saving the day! YCBT also provided supplemental décor for our indoor reception held at a nearby venue, and they did all our flowers, too! They were very patient and understanding about all our numerous changes made along the way. Best of all, when doing business with YCBT youll be treated like a trusted friend. The owners, Tuby and Michael, really care about doing a good job and making the customer feel appreciated, which is something we did not experience with many wedding vendors we worked with. If I had it to do all over again Id rent a different reception venue and hire YCBT Rentals to do everything. I highly recommend them for all your wedding day needs.
