Imani was able to handle an influx of customers needs before closing. She was the only one working and was still able to multi task and get all the customers taken care of politely and satisfactory. She even went as far to help one last customer even though the store was closed. She provided excellent customer service especially for being the only one on the job at closing and earned the herself and the store a 5 star review.

I showed up at 5 pm with a heavy box box and the employee inside was laughing at me because I was 1 minute late. Worst customer service ever and I wasnt even inside. Clearly this ups doesnt want any business.

This was the only option I could select that could reflect the service I received today from the store manager Victoria. When I walked in the store, I spoke first and she didn’t speak back (I let that part go) I then advised I was there to simply print a document a (she didn’t ask me how she could help me so I had to inform her) she was in her personal cell doing whatever… then she provided me with the email address to send my document and then proceeded to make a personal on her cell about hiring a friend. So after about 10mins of her being on the phone with a friend I asked “is there someone else who can assist me?” She held up her finger and said “No” and continued her conversation. The rudest and most unprofessional customer service just disrespectful. Great job Victoria way to represent UPS!

I went in to get a document notarized. Only 5 people allowed so half of the people were told to wait outside for reasons understood. Victoria was complaining that she had a lot of notary services in the morning and that she was going to stop to do an interview. The interviewee had just arrived to the store and was politely waiting. He even helped a customer take some packages to her car. A few customers had already been waiting inside and outside. I had been waiting over 30 minutes prior to Victoria deciding to do the interview. Some customers waited, but decided to leave due to the long wait. 40 minutes later, Victoria finally finished the interview and assisted me which only took 5 minutes. I waited for an hour and 10 minutes for a 5 minute service. I wasnt the only customer who thought she should have done the interview after doing at least 3 notary services. She should have done the notary signing then pass the paying transaction to the other associate who could do the payment. Bad management. No preference for customers. This UPS store lost ($$$) customers who couldnt wait.

Worst place ever. Sent regular file online to be printed. Regular paper, to be printed on color. Job cost 18.00. When I went to go pick it up, it wasn’t done. I paid and never got the pieces of paper printed. Wasn’t even offered my money back.

There older lady thats works here hates life and her job. She was so unhelpful and just plain rude. I had 5 large packages and a baby with meShe didnt care. Theyre was a problem with my Amazon shipping labels (still dont know what). Ive just never came across someone who is as miserable as this lady. Everyone was just waiting there while she was getting agitated at doing her job. She decided to take a phone call while everyone was waiting so that was fun too. Never again will I use these

I went to go and drop off a package and their employee, Ashley, well she is doing an impeccable job. She was handling customers and calls left to right with no sweat, she was very polite, understanding, just an overall great worker.

I called before heading over because I needed paperwork notarized. I was told they notarized until 5pm. I rushed there after picking my husband up, there was a long line and one guy behind the counter and a women talking on a personal phone call. After 20 minutes in line we were told the actually stop notarizing at 4. I told him I called and was told 5 but the women who I guess does the notarizing said she had closed down and was doing other work now.

Notarized a request for my fathers dead certificade going wrong!Avondale, AZ. LocationBuckeye and AvondaleVery Poor customer service the Notary lady was so rude i waited for 20 min for her wile she was on the phone having not one but two phone calls all personal per the conversation... she notarized the guy infront of me and i wait another 10 min then when my turn came she say wait and ignored me for 10 min... just me and her in the store... i ask her if she was going to notarized mi documents or not, she say No! Then ask me to wait for the other guy to get out of the rest room... she is the Notary... so i ask her for what? and she mention that she need to know what i was told to do... and i say wait for you... her answer was i need to ask him first... (ahahha!) another 5 min went by and i just walk out not before letting her know that she was not doing me a favor i was requesting a service and paying for it she made me waisted over 30 min in there out of my busy schedule she just didnt care was so fixated in time i get it she is pay by the hr. But thats not an excuse to not do your job right and have manner toward people at you work place... she could use all that time doing her job and not excuses to not work... i hope she have better days 🙏 at UPS

Theres no decent phone number, they just throw your packages around, you have to pay for a piece of tape on an envelope, and they only have one person working while theres 8 people in line!

Unprofessional with finger printing services, the lady wore visibly dirty gloves, she did not wipe off the finger print screen after ther customer before me, she kept getting distracted listening to other customers as the other employee was assisting them, her focus was not on finger printing, she kept getting error readings, im just hoping she changed her gloves today! Staff lacked good customer service, both people working on 9/24/20 need to be retrained. There were a few customers that were very upset with the lack of quality service.

Paid $233 for a ground package with insurance not heavy or huge. The clerk never suggested using computer in store to take care of online. Wouldve saved me 100.00 customer behind me suggested after paying. Ignorant.

Hardly ever answer the phone. They say their notaries are there until 5, I showed up at 3 and shes done for the day? This is the 3rd time Ive come in to get something notarized after calling and I leave without it done. Short staffed as well.

I recently went to this location to get fingerprinted. I believe it was Samuel who helped me. Hes a young man about 21 years of age or so. (Just in case I got his name wrong!) He was awesome throughout the whole process. The machines were kind of being glitchy that day. In addition, I have an unusual name so the process was a much lengthier process than normal. But he was really patient and very professional with excellent customer service skills. Based on customer service I would highly recommend this location.

Annoyed that this location does not update online hours information when they change hours. There is Covid 19 hours if operation change. They dont open until 9am right now. They have changed hours last minute also during holidays. I always run Google maps before I leave to check open hours but they never make this update online just a note in the window. I again wasted 2 hours driving down there just to see they werent open and since I have to work at 9am had to leave back for home. Lockdown is bad enough just communicate better with your customers.

Have had a mailbox here for over a year, have tried getting my mail FWD when out of town. Now I havent seen anything in a few months and for the past 2 weeks Ive called everyday at different times and no one answers, goes to Voice mail and says the mailbox is full and cant leave a message.

I had great experience at this store. I had Jenny help me with an item I needed to sent to Venezuela, not only was she very knowledgeable about restriction and policies but also found me the best price.. very happy with the kind of customer service provided.. I had to wait 40 minutes for fingerprinting and to notarize my form even with a scheduled appointment. If they are not able to keep their appointments, they should schedule them farther apart.On top of that she kept telling me I had to wait longer, until I told her I could not wait any longer and that I needed it done NOW.I understand that she was busy helping lots of people, but she continued to serve people who kept skipping the line instead of those of us with an appointment.

The staff at this location is on point. They pay attention to you as soon as you walk in the door and can usually tell what youre there for. If they see its something simple/quick (like sending a fax), they will get your item started before they continue helping customers with more complicated needs. THAT is great customer service. Kudos!

Totally enjoy the employees, all have been friendly and helpful. I cannot give them 5 stars however, the reason is the package drop off problems. I drop off many packages here almost daily, especially August thru January. The location of this place stinks, its right next to an Auto Title place and Starbucks. So if you have packages to drop off plan on carrying them across the Frys parking lot as you will never find a spot to park in front of this business. Cant imagine why the inconsiderate people carrying their coffee or their title documents think its kosher to park in front of the UPS Store. God forbid they be considerate of the people that need to carry packages. The UPS Store could help this problem by marking off a few spots for UPS Store Package Drop Offs Only.

I had gone to my ups store near my house on 83 ave and lower buckeye rd always never had an issue there I needed something notarized they send me to this location and told me she leaves at 3 so I arrived I waited for 15 min just for her to say she has to go to lunch and I had told her I need this form because I have a flight to catch the next she didn’t care she was rude waste my time and gas driving there very unprofessional because she had to send the kid working there to talk for her .

As an Over-The-Road Truck Driver, having people and businesses that are accomadating to this lifestyle is a must. The staff at this UPS Store has been nothing but excellent. Knowing that my mailing needs are being taken care of while Im on the road adds to my peace of mind. The store manager, Charlene, is very professional and she is excellent in resolving any questions and/or concerns you may have. I look forward to another year of business with this store.

Every time I come in to print an Amazon return label I have to pay them 1.95 a minute and the label never prints. They end up having me email it to them to print.They have a laminated sheet behind the register that tells the clerk add one inch to each side of every box or package you send so they can charge the you more. Whenever we weigh at home and calculate the cost on the UPS website then we go to this store and its 3.95 more. So they are consistently over charging their customers just because they can.I ship frequently to friends and family near and far and to eBay customers and I dont like being gauged. All the clerks have a snotty attitude and act like Im there to serve them. They ask me for the shipping address and then go slow down I need it slower...while a line of 6 people lines up behind me. Isnt it your job to type in addresses? Why is this such a slow arduous process?? The owner does come out sometimes to help but also acts like I need to do the work for her. Please hire some clerks with a friendly helpful attitude.I will be going to another franchise with my business.

Terrible customer service. Called in this morning to get some information on one of my packages that was delivered there, but they couldnt find it and Victoria very clearly said they were not technically UPS so she couldnt help me. I was trying to find out what exactly happened and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional, I am definitely going there in person today to find out who is in charge and let them know how terrible their customer service is.

The first time I came for notary service and got there at 4pm. The women told me that the person who notarizes leaves at 3pm. I asked when is a good time to stop by. She advised me that her schedule was 7am to 3pm. Anytime between then would be ok. I came back at 7:45am. Then another woman said not until 8:30am. Why even have the notary sign up if no one is ever available. Worst service i could have experience at a UPs store due to inconsistency.

Ive been here several times, and never have came in contact with someone that was friendly. . After tonight Im through with this store.. Id rather drive a bit further and go to the FED ex store off McDowell and 99th..They really need to hire people with customer service skills. .Its not hard to be courteous!

I have been a mailbox owner at this location for several years, until this year. In the beginning, they took AAA and AARP discounts, but no longer. A new owner has taken over and is now charging more money than even Chicago! He wants $245 for a small box for a year. I asked for a monthly rate, or even quarterly rate, since this payment is too high for me to do right now. The manager comes out of the back screaming and belligerently tells me, NO THE NEW OWNER SAID THIS IS IT, ITS A YEAR OR NOTHING. Her attitude is off putting, to say the least. I wont be renewing. I have been in there several times to check my mail in the past, and Charlene the manager is always in a bad mood, never has anything nice to say, and that is when there is a line out the door and they can actually dig her out of the back room to come help. Many days, she wont come and help the one clerk that they do have working, even when there is a 30 minute wait to get service. It is a service industry, meaning serve-us, but they dont. No customer service here at all, the bad attitudes and rude innuendos, un-professionalism, and just plain mean attitudes are simply not worth the time it will take to get the help you seek here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Believe me, THIS UPS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN, IT WONT BE MISSED.

Simply put the employees do not know how to do their jobs. They do not know how to handle priority mail, or certified or registered mail. They will argue with you that priority mail with delivery confirmation is the same as certified mail. What? Really? They also constantly run out of first class stamps. Management is rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Ive had both good and bad experiences at this UPS location, some very bad, some good, most pretty convienant either way. Each time Ive had a very bad experience it was due to poor customer service. I dont use their services often, but its usually my first choice for anything dealing with mail, copies, packaging, item returns through postage, and other various federal shipping situations.

Notary service illegally accepted the wrong documents...unknown to me I return with the same documents the following day to get another document notarized and was told they couldnt accept I asked why since they previously accepted and the rude manager Charlene greenwood acted as if I was not a customer and she had better things to do while with a nasty attitude telling me she didnt care what happen the day before....the lady who does the notaries was very nice and professional cant say that about the manager

Had appt. for 11 AM . One old lady working very technically handicap and slower then a turtle. Why make an appt. if you dont get seen till 30 min. later. And this wasnt my first tine here. Theres a new owner and supposedly corporate has raised up the prices on alot of things. I came in to print out a page I needed from my email. I had to swipe my credit card to use their computer and was CHARGED $4.25 For Internet service usage and print. This is freaking ridiculous. I will not come here again and dont recommend other people to use this store unless they absolutely have too. PLEASE BEWARE.

It’s so annoying that they charged to use the computer to print and the internet sucks it literally lags and you bill gets higher and higher your in a rush cause it’s charged with your credit card before you start I’m just done with this place they should just go out if business.!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This location is a JOKE. They damaged our items (declared value of 1,500) that we sent and then denied our claim because they didnt package our items. We asked for the shipping to be returned (146) and the owner refused again because they didnt package. We will be talking all of our shipping needs to FEDEX.
