Why would you not make sure a screen is in stock before keeping us waiting for 20 mins… and we had a scheduled appointment? Makes zero sense.
Took an iPhone for water damage, appointment took a week of wait & then I was told that the phone had irreparable damage so I was gonna get a replacement in 2-3 business days (counting Saturday) its been 2 weeks after that & I’m still waiting on my phone, like come on 3 weeks total without a phone in this time of crisis! Can’t believe how slow and absurd is this location.

Big shout out to KYLE from the GEEK SQUAD. We bought a $1900 stove from another Best Buy, and were told that the 5 year Greek Squad warranty we purchased covered a replacement if it had to have 3 repairs.Well, after 3 repairs, we asked to have it replaced and went through a huge run around with different versions of the replacement policy.First of all, its not simple.But had it not been for a caring tech who kept trying to get our stove fixed and took the time to trouble shoot the non working parts, and went out of his way to make calls to the manufacturing company, to ask for solutions, we would still have a partially working stove.THANK YOU, KYLE!

I LIKE MOST OF THE PEOPLE AT THE GEEK SQUAD ONLY ONE THING I DO NOT LIKE ABOUT THE POLICY NOW THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO HAVE AND APPOINTMENT LMAO EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE HAS NEVER BEEN MORE THEN ONE PERSON OR NOBODY THERE SO I ASK MYSELF WHY AND APPOINTMENT Hmmm GET THE APPOINTMENT AN SHOW UP STILL NOBODY AT THE COUNTER .. NOW I HAD TO TAKE MY COMPUTER BACK THREE TIMES AFTER EXPLAINING WHAT WAS WRONG ... THE SECOND COMPUTER I HAD THEM TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE COMPUTER ALL THE SOFTWEAR AND INSTALLD ANOTHER SOFT WEAR THEY GIVE ME AND THE SOME OF THE HARD WEAR DOES NOT WORK Hmmm I THINK THEY SHOULD GO THRU THE WHOLE THING TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS SO THEY HAD TO KEEP IT TWO MORE DAYS I HAPPY WITH THE SPEED AT WHICH THEY WORK BUT I WILL WAIT FOR MY COMPUTER AS LONG AS IT WORKS THEN IM GOOD . NOW AT THIS TIME I HAD TWO COMPUTERS BEING WORKD ON A MAN CALLS ME AND SAYS THE COMPUTER IS DONE I SAY OKAY WHICH ONE HE SAYS THE COMPUTER I LAUGH I SAID I HAVE TWO COMPUTERS IN THERE WHICH ONE IS DONE... HE WAS SPEAKING SO SLOW AND IT SEEMD LIKE HE DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING SO I HAD TO RAISE MY VOICE HE SAYS ONE OF THEM IS FIXD I KINDA LAUGHD AB FINE ILL GO PICK IT UP LATER ...ANYWAY NOT TO BIG OF A DEAL
