I had a leak in the ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. They did the cleanup and drying okay but the they left with a 10 foot hole in the ceiling because they forgot the plastic. Next day they come back and tape the plastic up. It falls that night. They come back and attempt to staple it up. It falls again. Now they wont return my calls.. So now Im left with a 10 foot hole and an AC that is running 24/7. Dont use these clowns.

This was the second time I used Servpro in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!
