We have had the AC unit maintenance done several times with this company before. They always sent the same technician, his name was Taylor. Nothing but good things to say about Taylor, he is polite and efficient, very nice.This last week the AC unit stopped working, we called Autumn Air to request a technician to come out and look at it... The lady on the phone said she would call their technician Frank and that he was on call as it was 10PM at night. She came back to the phone and said Frank wasnt picking up the phone and there was nobody else who could come fix the AC right then. She said she would put in an urgent ticket because Frank wasnt answering the phone.We expected to hear back from Autumn Air the next day that they would have somebody able to come look at the AC and get it working... but nothing the next day. Never heard back, they never called... its the next weekend now and still nothing from Autumn Air.I would no longer say this company is reliable or responsive. A little communication would have been nice. AC maintenance is important too... but when the unit breaks and its middle of summer...and the AC company doesnt care to come fix it well thats the important service I wish you would have showed up for. I would like to mention that we do have the maintenance plan already paid for through your company, but will no longer be needing any of your services or visits in the future. Highly would recommend anyone whose AC unit just broke and the house is getting hot quickly in summer... to call another company who might actually show up.

I needed some ac repair done and they had an amazing response time. They also have outstanding customer service and you can definitely tell they really care about their customers. All around an amazing company would definitely recommend.

Really bummed about this. Last year our unit went out in the middle of summer, Autumn air was very quick to come out and repair it for us which I was grateful for due to the fact our household has two little girls under two and by the end of the day our interior had risen to over 90°. I went as far as signing up for their preventative maintenance care which we stayed diligent on. Fast forward 6-8 months later our compressor goes out and no heat in the middle of winter. Our house just turned 13 years old so we know things happen at that threshold of time. We have a home warranty however wanted to call autumn air to have a look regardless since we were contracted with them. They quoted us a compressor at over $6k for the lower end model and $10k for the higher end. At that point I was thankful to have a home warranty, then got denied on my claim because the warranty deemed we did not do preventive maintenance and said this could have been avoided. Hugely disappointed to hear that since we signed up for that exact service. The home warranty company sent out a different company which I won’t name who quoted us under 3K out the door we know cheapest isn’t necessarily always best so we received 2 additional quotes from 2 other companies which all ballparked us around the same price between $2-3K. So in summary we were nearly ripped off by a company we were return customers with as well as being told this could’ve been prevented seriously burns. Do not use this company. Explore your options because there are better more honest companies to help you out in the west valley that will save you pain, time and money.

Autumn was the sixth company I had called to come and fix my heater. I have a newer system so some of the previous companies didnt have knowledgeable staff to assist or they just tried to rip me off. Taylor and his boss, from Autumn, came over and not only did they finally figure out what was wrong with my heater but they also gave me a super great deal. I gotta say that this newer system was tricky but Taylor did not leave until my heater was working and made sure that my AC was working good as well so I wouldnt have issues starting it during the summer. I also got their two year maintenance plan. Theyll be coming out here twice a year to service my heater and my AC. Im definitely happy with Autumn and the excellent service I received.

When my AC broke down me and my family couldnt get any cool air. And with summer coming around I couldnt find ANY place that would fix it fast enough for a good price. Then I found Autum Air Heating & Cooling, they worked fast and were so professional! Its been a month or two and Im still amazed at the job they did. If you ever need work done on your AC these are definitely the people you should call first!

Your technicians / installers are a cut above.When Frank came out on the first visit, he went the extra mile. His attention to detail was far greater than the 3 previous technicians (with other companies) over the last 2 years.Jason came out, to replace my aluminum lines with copper, but found that the coil was leaking as well and got on the phone with Frank. Frank was able to locate a new coil and bring it out to Jason and lent a hand while he was here. Jason took the time and once again, showed the attention to detail to get our new lines and coil installed and our home cooling once again. Just looking over his connections, I can immediately see a difference from the original installers. I am very pleased with these two gentlemen.You have two really great techs / installers and now also have a customer for life. While living in Surprise Arizona I used Autumn Air numerous times for annual maintenance and a random part failure. Their technicians were always clean, professional, on time, and great at communicating with me. The price quotes for parts and labor were always accurate and very competitive in the market. And they were able to complete work on their first trip out to my home nearly every time.Since leaving Arizona, I have called a couple of times to get advice because of the trust I have with them. They were even able to walk me through an electrical diagnosis from across the country, over the phone. 100% recommend giving them a call.

Had another company come out and recommend thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs, got a hold of Josh he sent one of his guys out they had us up and running in about 30 minutes with a fraction of the cost. It’s funny how other companies come out and all they wanna do is get as much money out of your pocket as they can and not care about what kind of position that puts you in. AC went out in a unit we have replaced stuff before. Our regular AC guy was on vacation for memorial weekend and I couldn’t get a hold of his on call replacement. So on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend I took a chance and call this local company. We had a technician out in 15 minutes! It was the capacitor, which I thought it with be. But he had the past and replaced it real quick for around $150. I knows my regular guy could of done it for less. But Autumn Air was fast, polite, and there when we needed them to be! Will use again.

James is truly amazing came out multiple times didnt get annoyed by all the questions and everyone watching him. Josh was consistent on making sure someone was to our house as soon as possible when our fan died on us late at night, they also replaced a coil and recharged our ac as quick as they could with it being a manufacture only part. Had Taylor as a service tech come out and service my entire r22 system. It was running more expensive than usual bybalot, Taylor went through every portion Id the system and was able to explain every bit to me including showing me measurements he took as well as what Ill need to look out for (I was asking a ton of questions out of curiosity). They are well priced and honest family owned business. Would recommend to family and friends.
