4 hours into a 10 hour trip from Buffalo to Milwaukee on Sunday morning. Flat on I-90. AAA changed the tire. Called this Firestone shop and they were super helpful. In and out in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!

They ALWAYS take good care of us. If we have something wrong they do their best to get us in. Even with the shortage of people not wanting to work, they go thr extra mile.. its appreciated!

Made online appointment for oil change and tire rotation at Firestone Midway Mall location yesterday for today. Walked in and was told they cant do it. Said they called (didnt) and when asked if left a message said no. A simple call, text or email would have been nice and dont lie about calling. Be cautious of this store.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place.... Was out of town this past weekend with my daughter for a softball tournament ended up having some wheelbearing issues 😖. It was 92 degrees that day with no air conditioning in the garage area. I felt terrible to have to even ask anyone to do anything that day in that kinda heat. From the moment I came through the door until I left with my fixed truck in under 2 hours as well had the most amazing kind hearted technician I have ever met in my life someone raised a beautiful kind hearted man 🥰. Thank u all again for getting us home safe your forever friends here in Michigan. Ezekiel I hope god rewards you ten times over definitely deserved hope u enjoy lunch 😊.

We had our brakes replaced there and they now squeal horribly. My husband brought the car back they looked at them and said they were fine. I would never bring a car back there again.

They were able to squeeze me in to patch a screw in my tire. Very much appreciated.

We were having brake issues during a cross country road trip and had to pull off in Avon Lakes. It was a Sunday and few places were open. Mike got our car in, lifted, and fixed all under 2 hours and didnt charge us a penny! Cant thank this group enough.

They over change for the same services other Firestone locations in the area are charging much less for.They rambled in the back of car for no apparent reason and are very unprofessional. They left their trash in my car and left grease all over not seat. I do not recommend this place. 😡😡😡😡

I had an issue with a car I bought from a dealer as is. The service advisors John and Mike went out of their way to help me out and I really appreciate them. Went in for Aligment and only took 30 mins. Quick and good service.

Very reasonably priced. Was told wait time would be one to one and a half hours. Left at almost an hour on the dot. Issues were explained well and courses of action/what to watch for covered. They could have charged for more but did only what was necessary - no feeling of sales pushing. I would recommend them without pause.

I’ve been taken my car here for quite some time and never had a issue till now. I took my car in to get an oil change and I noticed they haven’t been putting a sticker on my window so that way I know when to get the next change., And of course after bringing this up, they put my next oil change at 7,400 miles later, mind you I get regular oil not synthetic oil. But not realizing because I trusted the sticker was as my normal standard 5,000 miles! especially having an older car with high mileage. So I take my car into another shop regarding my air conditioner and they checked my fluids and they said there was no oil in it and according to my sticker Firestone put on, it was still NOT due yet. I’ve talked to several mechanics and was told if I would of waited till what the sticker stated my engine would of had blown and hopefully no further damage as been done. There was no resolution with the shop or cooperate office. The only thing I’ve heard from all Firestone employees was according to “manual specifications “ we put down what was stated in the manual. If they would of took the time to look at my past history and took into consideration that I have an older car with higher mileage and always got it done around 5,000 miles. There was no apologies from the cooperate office and any ownership to almost blowing my engine up. Very disappointed and will NEVER take my car there again. I asked the lady from the cooperate office if she would wait 7,400 miles to get her oil change and she couldn’t even answer me. Yeah! Maybe I had a newer car with lower mileage and with synthetic oil.Very disappointed with the lack of concern and compassion that my engine could of blown!

I showed up on time for my appointment. They pulled my truck right in and got my new tires in quickly. I am satisfied with the price and service and probably will be back.

I wish they had negative stars because this place would get a -5 stars. Our car was sent over for an alignment after getting body work done and this place tried to tell us that we needed an inner tire rod because they claimed they couldn’t get the jam nut lose. They claimed it was too rusty. Funny thing my son and husband are both mechanics. My son just did an alignment on this said car a few months ago with no issues. When my husband called them and questioned them the technician John said he will not be questioned. We had the car removed and sent to a different shop and they didn’t have one issue with the alignment.

Great shop. Fixed my wife’s car the 1st time. Was at a previous independent place that had it twice and still had issues. Firestone stands behind there work. Probably cost a buck more but worth not having to come back.

Ive been taking my car to Firestone in one West side location or another, for years. For simple stuff like an oil change, there are usually discounts that make it inexpensive. For more complicated fixes, I wont lie.. theyre expensive. But Firestone stands behind their work and they have always fixed my cars right the first time. Certified mechanics dont void my Honda factory warranty, and Firestones people are certified. 👍 Theyre friendly, couteous and always do excellent work. Recommended.

Horrible experience. Had a 7am appointment arrived at 7:20am. Told me another car has to be completed by 8:30am so they moved it into my spot and are booked until next week. I immediately made another appointment with Firestone in Elyria for 11am. Arrived 10 minutes early and it is 11:30 and my car is still in parking lot. So as a consumer you cannot be 20 minutes late but its OK for them to not begin working on your car for at least 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment! I am sure this is due because work being done under their warranty and are not making any $ off me today!

I had a GREAT experience with this Company . Made an appointment on line the night before and received a phone call/email confirming my appointment the next morning. Will definitely make this place my new car care phacility. John was awesome, walked me through the repair process and offered me a few discounts.

What a great outfit. These guys took care of my sisters car same day. Super honest. Came in for 3 tires and they found the 4th needed replaced and handled it. They not only beat the competetors price, they blew it out of the water. I want to thank John for being super professional and taking car of us. Ive taken my car to be fixed for a gas leak well over 10 times now. Car wasnt even leaking when I first took it. Car wouldnt start because of pump they replaced it then the car has had a leak ever since. Took it back multiple times and payed for even more parts. Spent up to $1000 and they tell me it doesnt leak but it is.

Never diagnosed the wheel bearing problem I originally brought it in for .Could nit reset oil change light.And has no certified mechanic to do the repair on Sundays.Really!I have spent thousands of dollars over the past year there with my three cars.I am very disappointed and am looking for new repair place

Paid 25$ for an oil change. It was quick and efficient. Also they included a tire rotation. One thing i like about the store is you can see the whole shop from the waiting room.

You can trust this place not toup- charge you when you take your car in.They will tell you what they found wrong with the vehicle but they do not pressure you into fixing it at that time like some other places in Avon and Avon Lake. I found the employees very friendly and knowledgeable.

I usually have a good experience here. This time, the technician messed up the security adaptor for the wheel nuts. The manager said he will pay for a new one but I now have to go to the dealer and offer one.

RIP OFF !!! RIP OFF !!!...I went with my 84yr old mom to drop off car overnight for new tires...while i was at work the next day they called my mom and took advantage of her and told her she needed all new brakes...the bill came to $1500.00...SO GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!...it was criminal what they did to my mom....the car was a lincoln and had low miles and didnt have nothing wrong with the brakes...

Another one of those places that claims even though it the first brake job done on the vehicle that the rotars are useless and need to be replaced..qoute $800 for a brake job. The manager claimed its thier biggest complaint..how about doing something about it.
