We had the pleasure of being helped by Batman, he could not have been more helpful! He took his time and really made sure our phones were all the way set up. He didn’t rush us out and even helped with the settings on my daughters iPad that we couldn’t figure out. 10/10 would recommend coming to this Verizon and having Batman help you! My husband usually dreads going to get new phones and he left there today for the first time in a good mood with a fully set up phone!
I walked in to pre order the iPhone 13 pro and Johnny B was the first to walk up to me and he gave me the best and quickest service I have ever experienced, like chik fil a level service. He texted me a week later on the day that my iPhone came into the store on release day and right when I showed up he recognized me and got me all set up. Transferring data, putting on the screen protector, you name it this man did it at lightning speed and with accuracy. Took the man like 10 minutes to do everything. It was the fastest and nicest service I have ever experienced anywhere. Johnny B is the alpha of salesmen!
Johnny B made upgrading my cellphone easy and quick. He interacted with my crazy son who was antsy to get out of there and to the park. Jay, Johnny and their team worked together to get us in and out. They transferred all my old stuff over, went over all the fine details for details for bill so I knew what it was going to be an answered all my questions. Highly recommend this location, Ive been going there for years.

Johnny is awesome. I havent had a bad experience. I have had terrible experiences other places and was worried about going somewhere new and changing my service provider. He was honest and everything he told me has been correct. He also takes the time to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel ignorant, which makes a big difference and is appreciated.

Had to get something handled for a discount. Took my phone in 2x and they said it was good to go. Bill kept coming in hire each month. Found out they were doing it wrong. Verizon wont refund difference because store did it incorrectly.

Went to this store right before christmas looking at getting the new iphone 12 max pro. Jay was amazing and was able to help both my mom and I to get new iphones ! The Crocker Park store was excellent but closed. Visited the Avon location to order a new Apple SE. Store ordered the wrong model but promised to reorder. 3 weeks no word.. Called store last week and was told no record of order but manager would call. Right again. No call. Poor management and poorly trained staff.
Went into the Avon store today to get a problem with MMS messages working on my OnePlus 6T using Google Messages. This is a random issue with this phone. One solution others have had success with is to replace the SIM, so I asked the rep to replace it for me. Instead he wanted me to run Verizons Message+ app. I said no, I dont have the app, besides, I dont want to run Verizons app. He said why, did you you disable it? No, I have an unlocked phone and have never had it. He handed the phone back and said maybe thats the problem and said he couldnt help.Two problems with his response:1) The customer is always right, so humor me.2) This guy obviously doesnt know his phones. The op6t was never sold by Verizon, thus would never have had any Verizon apps (thank goodness).Ill try a real Verizon store tomorrow. Im never setting foot in a GoWireless store again.

So Id like to share my 5 star experience I had with my sales associate Jen! She did a fantastic job demonstrating the phones to me. I hadnt upgraded my phone since 2015, but she knew exactly which phones that Id have the most interest in. At the end of the decision I was leaning towards the Galaxy S9 and S9+, but she showed me the values between the 2 phones and ultimately that the S9+ was the correct phone for my needs and goals. She made a solid recommendation and I love my phone! She even showed me all the extra options and accessories that were available with my brand new phone! I walked out of there with a really nice screen protector, a phone cover, a car charging unit, and ultimately the S3 Gear watch to go along with my freshly purchased phone! Wow! She did a fabulous job and she knew each product to the highest extent. Jen was a professional from start to finish, and an Asset to Verizon Wireless. Ive been buying phones at various Verizon stores since 2005, and never had a more pleasurable experience. If youre in the market for a phone you need to come see her here!! Thank You! Jeremy
This was the best experience at any Verizon store I have been to.I have to mention the manager Nick Serowski and another employee,Madison Burns, they where most helpful and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase,We never felt rushed or pressured, You need more employees like these two.Nick was the most knowledgeable manager I have ever dealt with at any Verizon store, I have been to others and the service was horrible.You should be thankful you have Nick and Madison on your team and I think corporate should give them both a raise. I would definitely recommend the Avon store for all your wireless needs because of these two employees and will only do any future business at the Avon store
Kind and patient workers but they dont communicate and fully explain there promotions. Even when I went to the store to find answers and they say they will call back, they dont.
My experience in fetting my new phone ( converted droid from 🍎!) And it could.not have been more enjoyable. Jay was extremely professional and personable. It was almosy as if i was coming in and hanging out with old friends. All the props to this store and the team.

My wife and I were there a few days ago to get her a new phone. Never once during the process did the salesman go over the pricing of what we were getting. We wanted a case and screen protector case was $45 screen protector $40. If Id known the price Id bought it elsewhere. And signed us up for goAdvantage for $80 which took the price of the protector off the bill, but still I was paying $125 more than I was going to pay. Then a $20 charge to activate the phone. Never once saying we had a option to activate ourselves. We wanted to pay $150 towards the phone that day. At the end of the experience we were charged $408.21
Went to upgrade my daughter’s gizmo watch, Jay was super helpful. Everyone in the store was professional and friendly. I’d say Avon is definitely my go to store now!
Worst experience of my life! After what felt like an eternity and in reality took three hours. Nate had turned my wife’s functioning phone into a brick. Instead of calling the manager over or any other attempt to remedy the situation essentially sent us on our way to figure it out ourselves. We received terrible customer service along with no acceptance of responsibility. I highly recommend never setting foot in this store. I don’t normally leave reviews. Let alone negative ones. But unfortunately the time I spent there warrants it. I might be partly to blame stepping into what masquerades as a legitimate Verizon store and is anything but.
While my mother and I were there we patiently waited. During the time there we were ignored and not even recognized. I understand the point of building a relationship with customers but these employees just kept helping the same people. We waited hour and a half and 4 other customers left the store along with ourselves. The worst Verizon experience I’ve ever had. Period.

I was extremely pleased with the customer care that I received last week coming in to upgrade my phone! Upon walking in and being greeted by all staff, I had a wonderful sales member, Nick, help me get the phone that I wanted, all with smooth sailing. He was very kind and helpful and extremely patient with all my questions about my service plan and the phone I was upgrading to! I would recommend this Verizon to everyone!
These big phone companies dont care about their customers. Our daughter passed away and my wifes phone died so we went in there got my self a new phone also they said we can get a free tablet never said nothing about a two year contract. Took advantage of us in a very bad time. But thats ok after the two year contract we wont be your customers any longer.
Manie and Ciera were amazing helping me setup my new phone and answer my questions. Came back next day with questions and another gentleman assisted and provided the answers I needed. This will be my go to Verizon store with any questions/issues.
They overcharged me, no service after I have problems the next day, the staff didnt care I had spent nearly $700.00 for the phone. Will never shop at this location again. They just didnt give a dam

Nykee went above and beyond when I was having a horrible day! She got me a new phone and took it a step further backing up all my info on my computer WITH a cracked screen that wasn’t fictional. Now I have all my pictures of my granddaughter and I couldn’t be happier. HIGHLY recommend her!

Horrific experience!!! Be forewarned that this is a franchise, not a real Verizon store. We bought two iPhone XRs with a BOGO offer in mid--February. We NEVER would had made this purchase without the offer. This store didnt have any phones in stock, so we completed the order on Feb 18th and had to wait for delivery. Several days later, we picked up the phones and learned that a store associate canceled our order for a new line. What the heck??? The new line of service was required for the promotion, so we LOST THE PROMOTION. Thats a loss of $750 plus tax, folks! The store manager submitted paperwork to Verizon to have the promotion honored, but the paperwork was incorrect and sent back for corrections on Feb. 28th. Its now June 3rd, and NOTHING ELSE WAS DONE. No one in that store has touched our promotional paperwork in more than 3 months!!! In the meantime, were paying full price on two devices when they should have been 50% off. Its also now too late to return the phones and cancel the order. Needless to say, were FURIOUS!The THREE MOST RECENT GOOGLE REVIEWS are 1 star, and there were common themes in the complaints - incompetence, apathy, and overcharges. That should be a clear red flag to all consumers. Dont shop here!

4 employees in the store and no one was particularly interested in helping. Could have cared less if I had my questions answered. Basically, just figure it out on your own attitude. More interested in in store gossip and joking around rather than helping a customer.

Tried to add unnecessary extra charges to our monthly bill to swap out an old phone. Went to the North Ridgeville Verizon store & bought two new phones & our monthly bill stayed the same.... Avon store did not try to explain or go through any options. We got better service & no extra charges added to our monthly bill at the North Ridgeville location

The young men that took care of me out at the Avon store were extremely helpful and were very knowledgeable of the phones and the features they had, would recommend this store to anyone of my friends or family.
This is an authorized agent, NOT a direct store. You will incur activation fees and phone book transfers that do not happen if you go to the Promenade or Midway Mall stores. In addition, the staff there is incompetent at best. My phone is defective and they will not replace it because I was over THEIR 14 day return policy-but still within the Verizon 30 day policy. No one there knows what they are doing and you will regret your decision if you do business with these people.

Absolutely horrible experience. went in becuase my new phone that was less then 60days old was not charging. did not have to wait long. how ever all the staff did was attempt to charge my phone with there chargers... that was it. handed the phone back to me after they messed around with it and took 20 minutes to look up my account. they said i have to call customer service in order to receive a replacement phone under the warranty. i guess the stores are no longer considered customer service staff and in order to get anything done u have to call yourself, i could have done that and not wasted 45 minutes of my time doing nothing. fyi this experience was about 2 months ago just been busy hav not had a chance to post this.

They were high priced to begin with. Then rang up my items only for me to leave without checking it intensely cause I was in a hurry to fly out of state. 1 case was for an iPhone 7 plus not my phone and they didnt give me the discount on half of my items. Called and told to bring it back when I could and theyd have it marked down. Called when back and before driving that way as its not near my house but my parents and it was past return time nothing they could do except exchange and by then I had purchased a new case.
Too many issues to mention. Had to call corporate and still had problems.
