I purchased a tanning bed for home use (not from Suntan Supply) not knowing what I was getting myself into. I made 1 phone call and they were able to give me direction on how to get the electrical part started and what parts were needed. Called back a second time a week later to schedule an appointment for them to come out to my house to literally put the internals back in and hook it up. They scheduled within a week to come out. Everyone was helpful, understanding and knowledgeable (parts, scheduling and especially the technician). The technician was so helpful. Im so grateful for all the help we received during the whole process. We were very happy with the price we paid for the work/effort we received. I would highly recommend Suntan Supply for your tanning bed needs!

I have ordered bulbs from this company for 3 of my beds 1 stand up of 40 bulbs, 2 lay down bronzers and had nothing but issues. 1 with a box of bulbs broken, 2 which were a whole box of wrong bulbs, shorted my order, and the return was a nightmare and they are still not replying to me to pick up a box of the wrong bulbs which I’ve been trying to return close to a month. Trying to write them and no reply after the received my 1700.00 dollar order. Do t think I wanna deal with thisconpany again. I have also purchased a reflector bronzer bed from them too. Really this is how you treat your customers. And I had to close my business down 2 days pay my tech on 3 occasions to come and replace the bulbs nothing but a nightmare. John Ellis was the guy I dealt with seemed to be over the top with kindness once they got there money they could careless about anything else.

Charnetta is AMAZING! The mid facial bulb hasnt worked in my bed for 3 years and she fixed it in 1.5 hours! She was committed and extremely knowledgeable. I love Sun Tan Supply. They are so helpful and know their tanning bed. They made the canopy acrylic for my bed PERFECT! I cant thank Charnetta and Sun Tan Supply enough!!!!!!! THANK YOU!

I needed work done on my bed they were very professional from the phone call to the finish of the repair! Fixed my bed in a timely manner and reasonable priced. I will definetly be a returning customer!

Charged $501 for nothing! One visit to tell me what I already knew was the issue and hasnt bothered to reschedule the (FREE) visit to do a bypass on my bed which could have been done the first trip! Charges are being disputed and Im filing a complaint with the AG!

Terrible company. Do not deal with these thieves. They will not refund money that is owed for return of wrong parts. Wont call back. John is a liar and Tamela only gives excuses. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and filing a complaint with the Ohio attorney general s office, then off to small claims court.

Horrible experience with delivering my red Light Therapy bed. They did over $1,500 in damages to my brand new studio installing the bed and damaged the bed! They refuse to pay me any reimbursement for the damage! Do not work with this company!!!!
