Jimmy did a great job at coming out to my house, picking up the computer, fixing it, then bringing it back by the next day, within 24 hours. Yes he is still open, if he doesnt return your call simply just call again he is worth it because he actually fixes my computer and it works so much better than new. I saw that one star rating about if hes still in business, YES HE IS!! I know he was recently off a week in October so I just waited because like I said hes worth the wait and always done a super job! Thanks Jimmy!

Got the repairs done fast and for a fair price. They are the most knowledgeable place in Avon! They even were able to fix a bug that I had with my computer that I could never figure out!

I brought my laptop in to be looked at because it was running slow. They removed the programs that were causing the issue and gave it an upgrade in just two business days! I Have to say this is the best computer place and computer guys we have ever been to. We have been to many many places in and out of the area but these guys are so knowledgeable so friendly and the best part about it is they dont try to sell you something you dont need and they also try to teach you stuff. James helped me out in a pinch. One of my kids accidentally broke the screen on my laptop. As a nursing student I needed to get it fixed, or a new one. I feel I got a great deal on a new laptop, that had upgraded software to run a few programs I use for sewing, photography and fabric designing. He also got all the files from my old computer transferred over for me. Super friendly too.
