We recently held our first ever charity golf outing at Avon Oaks. The entire experience was great from the beginning to the end. The staff, specifically Judd & Patti, provided exceptional service and were there every step of the way to answer our questions and to make sure everything went smoothly the day of the event. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff members were great. With the help of Avon Oaks, we can proudly say our debut outing was a huge success!

I was there DJing a birthday party in the ballroom the staff was very nice and helpful. So I guess this review is more on the banquet side. Very beautiful location in the spring when it’s not 30.

I recently had my wedding at Avon Oaks and it was beautiful! Patti is so nice and really great to work with! The food, service, and the atmosphere were all perfect. All of my guests couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful it was. If you’re looking for a place to hold an event I highly recommend Avon Oaks!

I didnt like how the staff was rude

Avon CC is probably the most family oriented club in Northeast Ohio. Previously, I was a member of Five Seasons in Westlake and my parents were Acacia members. Guess my family has bad luck with country clubs. Anyway the staff are so friendly and they actually remember your name. Dave always greets me when I walk in and asks how Im doing, how the family is. Banquet facilities are good too. Not really a golf player but Ive been told the course is challenging.

We were there for dinner as a family with our dad.... it was outstanding. I hadnt been there in over 20yrs. It was a fun time.

On September 27, 2014 My husband and I had our wedding reception at Avon Oaks. We worked with Patti Sinclair (wedding coordinator) for the food, flow of the evening, centerpieces, decor and the millions of other questions I had. Patti was an absolute DELIGHT to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Patti, the Avon Oaks establishment or the staff members. Every single little detail went off without a hitch. The food was DELICIOUS, and beautifully presented. Our guests are still commenting on the food 3 weeks later. The room was beyond beautiful. Everyone raved about the cocktail hour (my only regret was not seeing my cocktail hour because we were taking pictures) but the beautiful room overlooking the golf course was loved by all. I am a meticulous planner, and we looked at over 100 halls in the Cleveland area. NO ONE was easier to work with, more accommodating, or provided immediate answers to all my questions, bent over backwards to make everything better than I dreamed, and even provided vendor recommendations for us. If I could do it all over again, without hesitation I would choose Avon Oaks and Patti every time. Very nice country club, and great atmosphere. Food is decent. Only drawback is, you must be a member to facilitate this place.

The setting was lovely and the food was delicious! They served over 230 people with ease and were really on top of things. Only problem was some of the guests had a very hard time walking up the stairs.

It is a fun place and you learn a lot right off the bat. The people there are also freindy. The teachers are also out going and positive and I like that about them.

The food is great, along with the service. They have a pool, and events for almost every holiday. I play tennis here, and they have a very nice staff, and overall, I love being here.

What an absolutely beautiful place. We went there for a food tasting for an upcoming wedding

The food was mediocre and other tables were served desserts and our table was not. Someone did give me a cream puff and the cream puff tasted old and moldy. The used luncheon plates were not cleared from our table and the restroom were dirty. The room on the second floor did not have sufficient seating. The coffee was super weak and nasty tasting. I would think twice before having this country club cater my event.
