Ive been a AAA member for over a decade. AAA website says membership includes free fax and copy services. But this place acts like theyve never heard of a fax machine let alone any sort of fax services for their members.And even after showing them the website where it says this and them saying that they do have a fax machine, they still wouldnt fax a few pages for me out of courtesy.

They were there in 15 minutes for a flat tire! Absolutely great service worth every cent!! For teens I highly recommend it for when parents arnt there and they still need assistance.

Nice staff and good access to member services. My only complaint is that this office always seems to be out of brochures and info on any popular destinations.

Ive been a member of AAA for over 25 years. Also, worked at a large AAA in Columbus many years ago. I have always had great experiences when I went into AAA for a TripTik Routing and always do that for long, road trips because it is very helpful to have turn-by-turn directions illustrating the requested route as well as details of cities along the way. This was my first disappointing experience at a AAA office. I was leaving the following morning very early for a wedding in VA and arrived at the Avon branch about 20 minutes before closing. I went in with my route already printed out and handed it to a man who said he could help me. I mentioned it would be nice to get a TripTik, because we were taking a route that was unfamiliar to us and I cant always access GPS on my cellphone while traveling through mountains. He looked at me like I was asking for the moon when I mentioned a TripTik. I accepted that since it was late in the day he didnt want to do it, although it wouldnt have taken that long since he already was provided the detailed google mapped route. He did not offer any road maps. I had to specifically ask for road maps for my route. He ended up giving me a map for NE US which was pretty much useless for details when traveling through PA, MD, WV and VA. I had to ask specifically for a map of VA. It felt like every request was putting him out and that he was reluctant to provide maps for free even though that is part of the benefits of AAA membership. This is the closest AAA office to my house but next time I will drive to a more distant location in hopes of finding someone more helpful and pleasant.

I was so lost trying to navigate around the Cleveland area and this AAA gave me the tools I needed to find my way with ease. This place is run very well.

Great people

Very helpful travel agents that were familiar with our destination. Got some very good tips on hotels, restaurants, and points of interest not listed in their tourbooks. We didnt like the new Triptik however. Sucks. Use a navigation app or Garmin instead.

Awesome rates they saved me a lot of money on renters and auto. But dont really reach out to customers much after they get their business you get forgotten about.
