Texted the company for a price on detailing the exterior of my motorhome. They promptly responded with a bunch of questions which I answered promptly and I also sent a picture of the motorhome. 2 weeks later and asking them several times, I still have not been provided a quote. Actually they have not responded at all. If youre going to offer text as an option to communicate and engage a customer I suggest following through in some way.

Still waiting almost 2 weeks for an estimate on a job to help repair a bad concrete staining job. The gentleman that came out to look at it was great. If the job is too small for them I just wish theyd tell me so I can explore other options. Would love to be able to actually review their work.

I have stored vehicles here for 5+ years and the folks here are wonderful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend everything they do!

They came to my workplace last week to clean my bosss truck, and I was so impressed with the job Elliott did, that our company had them come back today to do a group of employees vehicles. Elliott returned, along with two other workers, and they all were incredibly professional and thorough. Our cars havent looked this clean since they were driven off the lot. I will definitely be using them again!

I worked with Jonathan from GK Polishing. I highly recommend him and GK Polishing for their honesty and true knowledge in their field. Jonathan actually guided me to not carry out any work for a small scratch I have on a countertop since it would have been excessive work and recommended a product I can use from Home Depot instead. He was out for my interest and sincerely saved me money. This is a company that truly cares about their costumers and their reputation. Highly recommended!

I just got my 2020 Ford Explorer back from the GK crew. It looks better than it did when I purchased it last year.These folks are the real deal. The owner checks the cars before giving me the keys, and wont let my vehicle pass inspection until it is perfect.I treat myself here several times a year to get my car looking great again. I leave their parking lot smiling.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of driving under a bridge where slurry was leaking due to a failed screen during concrete sawing. The slurry was both outside and inside the car - as I also had my windows and sunroof open. GK Custom Polishing was recommended to me by a friend. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Front Office Manager Maura and how helpful she was through the entire process. Greg the Detailing Manager made sure he knew where all the problem areas were, and when he drove the car out the day I picked it up it looked amazing. Many thanks go out to Maura and Greg for helping me to get my car back to looking beautiful. I will definitely be back for future detailings.

Took my 2012 which I haul my dogs and go camping in. I hoped they could at least refresh it a little. I did not expect it to come back to me looking like it had just driven off a new car showroom floor. But it did! Two weeks later I took in my 2011...Same results. These guys obviously take PRIDE in their results. I’ll definitely return in the future.

My youngest daughter gave me the gift of interior detailing on my Tahoe for Christmas. She said it would look like new when I got it back from GK. I took it in with 3 years of wear and tear, dust, dirt and some salt stains on carpet. What I received back was BETTER than the day I took possession new! I dont know how they did it, but not a speck of lint anywhere on the black carpet, no dust or grime in the controls, no chemical odor, no slippery surfaces. It was perfect! Their loaner vehicle was sparkly clean, a recent model, and in excellent driving condition. I went away really liking not only the service, but the people I met there. Very, very impressive business on all counts!

Grant and his employees- Joey and Jonathan especially, are very professional and thorough -my husband Bill and I are quite satisfied with our results. We had our granite polished and had a problem with one of our counter surfaces that Grant and Joey worked on until the results were 100% perfect. We would highly recommend GKs Custom Polishing!
