My husband and I have lived here for just over 6 months now and absolutely love our home and the neighborhood. Our decision to move to the Cleveland area from Chicago was pretty last second, and the Redwood team helped us find exactly what we needed with a tight schedule. Jim is also super quick to respond to requests and the rest of the team to calls/emails. We plan to stay here for a few years before we build, and our experience here has made us want to stay in the Avon area for a long time. We are also having a baby any day now and are excited this will be her first home!

We have lived at Redwood Avon for nearly four years. Heather is an excellent neighborhood manager. She is very responsive and professional, but she also brings a personal touch in each experience we’ve had with her. Jim takes especially good care of the grounds and handles any maintenance request in a timely and professional manner. Each interaction with him is friendly and he always goes out of his way to provide us with the best service possible. They both work hard to make sure the neighborhood is safe and clean. They also instill a sense of community. They have provided breakfast on the go, hot dog Saturday, mugs, and gift bags for a some of the holidays! I would highly recommend Redwood Avon to anyone interested in a friendly and professionally run neighborhood.

From the moment I arrived on the property, I felt like my dogs and I were home. Shauna made us feel welcome and communicated clearly and efficiently through the process. My move in was easy as can be and I literally can’t stop raving about my new home and Avon Redwood. I had an issue with my dishwasher and it was fixed in less than 2 hours. I love it here and plan to resign at the end of my lease. Shauna is an asset to this property and we’re lucky to have her and Jim!

Jim fixed both toilets efficiently. I’ve lived here a little over a year and he has helped me out on several occasions.

Jim always answers our requests for maintenance very quickly. He is very courteous and efficient. He is so knowledgeable in home maintenance. It is the main reason why we are here, we just do not want to have to worry about these issues. Now, we dont.We are living the dream. thanks, Karen Letizia

My dog Truman and I love living here. The best parts are the management, the kitchen, storage space, garage and pool! The staff is so friendly with planning events and treats for holidays. I renewed my lease and I was happy there was NOT an extreme increase in rent like in other places I have lived. I like Redwood and the neighborhood as well!

One my buddies lives there and they are basically kicking him out for no reason or even trying to explain to him why .. besides being cheap ( read reviews ) there management at this location especially is scammers and you need to watch out or you could be kicked out for no reason also ...

I placed the request for maintenance this morning and a workman was here this afternoon. He came prepared to deal with the electrical problem we were experiencing. The issues was resolved this afternoon.

Pretty easy move in, even with things being done remotely due to the Covid-19 issue. Very responsive staff!

I thought one outlet in kitchen was not working properly. Jim checked it out. Seems to be ok...hmmm.

New manager every month scam on prices, horrible people to deal with once you move in. This place charges you for every month not in the apartment including other fees.
