Everyone was extremely pleasant from Ashley who answered the phone and dispatched to Paul and Chris who came over and resolved our HVAC issues. They explained things very well. Pricing was upfront. Invoices break it all down. No miscellaneous fees. The technicians even put everything back the way they found it. My wife and I are very happy and comfortable. We look forward to doing business for many years to come.

I had an interesting experience ( maybe a 2-3 week span of time) going back and forth with my home warranty to get my central air repaired. Greg (who came out initially) and Solomon ( who was able to complete the work once cleared by the home warranty company) were amazing. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and even gave insights on tasks I may want to think about completing in the near future. As a new home owner I had anxiety and both encounters put me at ease about the situation. They communicated with each other and with me throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Neil and his crew did a fabulous job. We built our split level home in 1976 and never had central air/heat. We used window air conditioners. They were professional, polite, hard working, cleaned up daily, always on time, did the job in 5 days. Our home is a challenge because of being a split. But we are now sitting in a cool home and with the window units gone, we can see out and open our windows. We would recommend Mitchells One Hour Heating & Air to those looking for a whole house install.

So lucky us, our central air unit went out right around midnight! I frantically searched for a reputable AC/heating company to fix it ASAP, we have little kids and it was hot as could be! I quickly found Mitchell’s one hour heating and air and decided to give them a call! My appointment was scheduled from 10am-12pm but they had a cancellation so they called to see if an earlier time was ok. The tech showed up at 9 instead!😊 Sullivan was super polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He got right to work and found the issue right away, but still made sure there were no other issues. We had AC again by 9:45! The price was high, but what AC/furnace issues aren’t?! I’d gladly pay to use this company again! Mitchells was recommended by a friend. After having 2 companies ghost us and 2 give us horrible quotes with no details, Mitchells was a refreshing find. I put in a query on their site Friday night. Saturday morning they called to schedule a visit. Monday they came over for a quote and the technician took the time to go through every detail and line item. She explained all that would need to be done bc our unit was from 1987... Things none of the other companies even mentioned due to its age. She left us all the information we needed then just asked us to let her know, making sure we understood all our options. She was very kind (we have young kids and dogs who all wanted attention LOL) and not pushy at all. We felt like the decision was up to us and we werent pressured into any of the additional options she offered (but didnt push). It didnt take much discussion to feel that they were the place for us. They came just over a week later, though wed been added to the urgent list (not emergency bc we could still get our unit to work but if they finished anything early and could move our appointment up, they would have... Thankfully we got a cold snap haha). Their team was very communicative. We received an email, call, and text to confirm. Once they arrived, I showed the two gentlemen where to go and they just took care of things. We barely knew they were there, they were so quiet. They even kindly installed our new Google thermostat and made sure we were up and running with that, the AC, and our furnace before leaving. They made it so easy and stress free. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for any and all future HVAC needs we have.

Have used Mitchells one hour heating for over a decade. have always had good service from them. recommend getting the service package as it will save you money in the long run. They help remind when yearly service should be done to the AC and or heating. We even had them switch out our old furnace and AC when it was at end of its life.

Just had a new furnace installed in half a day where my own thermostat was fitted for me with no questions regarding fitting one they would have supplied. Everything works perfectly, very tidy work, all debris was removed prior to signing off the job as complete and we were talked through the differences between this new furnace and our old one. Mitchells looked over our 9-year-old air conditioner for us. We had a new furnace installed in the winter and this service was part of that install as a promotion. There was a minor issue with the AC which was addressed. The technician explained the issue and also what could be done to correct it. He was friendly and efficient and we would certainly go with this company again for our HVAC needs.

I left a review following my initial visit from One hour heating which was not a good one. The second time around however was a completely different experience for me. I called into the office to let them know that according to the inspector who came to check the new furnace that was installed said that they did not put a tie back on the new furnace. Of course I have no experience or knowledge in what the furnace needed so I was surprised to be finding that out myself. She continued to add that by this one part not being installed that is was not up to code. She said she would place a call into the company, and I also decided to do the same myself. I spoke to Lia who was friendly and told her about the situation and I explained to her that they would have to come back out to install the tie back in order for it to be up to code according to the inspector, and that I shouldnt be charged for something that was supposed to be done the first visit. She wasnt sure about me not being charged and I asked her to verify that before sending out another tech to my home. So, when I did not receive a call back I called again and spoke to another representative who was very friendly and understanding and also apologized for my experience I had with another unfriendly tech the first time my furnace was installed which I thought was very thoughtful and I explained to her about the tie back situation as well and she assured me that I would not be charged for the service and would get a tech out to my home asap. The three techs came to my home today right on time to access what needed to be done. They were all very friendly and polite and I walked them to the area downstairs to see the furnace. The tech told me that they actually did not start making that a requirement for the tie backs to be installed until last year. That his boss had to verify that it was a requirement and upon doing further research he said that they are now expected to do that. So, I was relieved. They took their time to find the appropriate vents to connect to the upstairs unit and installed the tie back. I was very well pleased with the work it looked amazing, also the professionalism, and kindness that was shown towards me this time in my home. I did not get the three techs name but they know who they are and I want to say thank you to them and One hour heating and cooling for handling the situation for me in a timely and professional manner. They did an impeccable job I am truly satisfied with the outcome and the work.

Paul did a great job. He was professional, on time, explained our situation clearly, showed us the test results, gave us options and his recommendation. He performed the service we needed and was even able to tighten some loose screws around the blower to eliminate vibration we were hearing in one of our bathrooms, from the system.

The techs and office staff that work for Mitchells One Hour are always polite and pleasant. They do a great job at meeting and exceeding the customers needs. I have used Mitchells for over 15 years and always satisfied with the work. We had a whole house air conditioning added this month, when they installed it was a cold day. So tech arranged for someone to come back and recheck the new air on a warm day to be sure it was working fine. We scheduled for noon to two today. I got a call from the office saying the tech could come earlier if I wanted them to. He called before arrival and was done and gone before noon. Very polite and thorough. Thank you.

This is my second time dealing with this company. When the technicians come over I watch them very closely. Mostly because I want to learn more about the furnace in case there is stuff I can do myself, but also just to make sure nothing funny happens. Youve all heard the stories of getting taken advantage of. Whether its car repairs or home repairs. But there was never even an inkling of them trying anything funny. Their employees are very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions that I had about the job and even some I was just curious about to maintain furnace better. I would definitely recommend and I dont write many reviews so that should tell you something.

Im pretty impressed the quality of service performed by my technician Sullivan was awesome. I didnt know what was causing my AC unit the malfunction it wasnt cooling the house and air flow was very low. Sullivan was prompt professional and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, and yes the service was in the time frame specified. So far calling Mitchells was the best decision Ive made. They scheduled my inspection within a day or two of me calling and had someone here on July 22nd when most places couldnt get here before Aug 16th. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. My AC unit has had issues for 3 years and whenever I asked the original installer (another company) to leak test it they sent someone out with Stop Leak. Mitchells came out, actually tested it, found the leak and gave me a fair price to replace it. Since my system is less than 10 years old and not under warranty as I was told when the house was built, I asked about replacing it. Mitchells sent Andrew out yesterday. He answered my questions, walked through and measured every room, every window and counted every supply and return, and made sure I understood how Mitchells warranties and service worked. I ended up deciding to replace the AC and the furnace since I was unhappy with how the other company treated me. Mitchells installers just left my house today, new AC and furnace installed, and I can already tell this new system is going to be everything the old one was not.

Larry from Mitchells One Hour provided semi annual service on my Water Furnace geothermal unit. He was very knowledgable about the unit and spent a good 1 &1/2 hours checking it out and cleaning it. We discussed my typical temp settings and he provided some advice on how to adjust temps in a manner that may save on my electric bill. Very satisfied with the service Larry provided.

Steven, my tech, called me to inform me of his arrival time, which was exactly at the start of our expected scheduled time. He arrived and did a maintenance review of my furnace. After a thorough cleaning and review we spoke on the phone since I had to go into work. Steven explained the status of my older furnace and told me that we were good to go for the remainder of the heating season. He went on to suggest that I contact the office to learn of additional furnace options for the future...since my furnace is 22 years old, and they dont normally last that long. Quoted over $1200 to repair a copper line and recharge my A/C unit. Said its not worth fixing because its so old. The system works great, it has a small leak. I have a company coming out this Thursday to repair and recharge it for $300. Dont believe the ads about we want to fix your current system, not sell you a new one. They most certainly want to get you for a new high dollar system. Go elsewhere and avoid these people

Was able to send someone out within 2 hours of calling. Steven arrived and was very professional and took his time to diagnose the mess I had and explain it. Was able to solve one issue but had to call back in and the next day Sullivan came and I was meet with the same great customer service. He found the issue and had the heat blasting within an hour. Dusty R was great came in to do my semi-yearly PM and was going through everything and brought to my attention that my CO levels were higher then they should be but not high enough to shut it down, so after extensive looking he deemed that the heat exchanger needed replaced. Since it was under warranty (almost out of) it would be replaced free of charge. This is why I will continue to use these guys it’s nice that they replace things that aren’t broken but are an issue and will be, before the warranty expires!
