They try to do them as fast as possible,they dont care about how sloppy there being and then charge you way too much.

Completely unsatisfied with my experience here, walked in not busy Natalie says sit over here after waiting almost a hour she seems to be the only one doing nails and pedicures at this point with 2 other staff members in the building. one of which painted my 2 year Olds nails, no complaints about her. Then Natalie comes, totally unwelcoming, very short and honestly rude. I needed a fill in after 2 weeks, lets just say my nails look better when I walked in the when I did out! They where crooked ( I said something about it she said oh your fingers are crooked) REALLY well she didnt like my complaint filed down 2 of them and just walked away said nothing and started a womens pedicure. I was shocked. Id look better with stick on nails from family dollar. Dont waste your money here, super rude and honestly a embarrassing effort from the owner. 2 hours later $43 wasted.

I took my daughter here for her first set of acrylics and a pedicure. Inside was very clean and the decor was pretty. The staff was friendly, courteous and very patient with her indecisiveness. Very happy with the outcome, her artists hands were transformed and she had a very positive experience!

Love this place the people are relateable and easy to talk to, the work they do has effort and knowledge. Barley ever have to wait as a walk in every time, but when I did have to wait it wasnt long and it definitely was worth it.

I went in there because I was told over phone $40 for both manicure and pedicure. After they did both was charged $70. Ok I did get gel for my manicure but thirty dollars for gel. Then not even a week later the gel one my manicure is chipped and peeling. They only had two worker and I waited half hour to just be rushed through.worst predicate I ever got polish looks horrible, it looks like my kid put it on my toes. Very dissatisfied with service

Hands down EASILY worst Brazilian wax I ever had in my life lol!! I been waxing since 2014, I NEVER had anyone handle me how this lady did!! Usually after you pull you apply pressure to the area to alleviate pain right! This lady handled me like an animal!!! She had no compassion, she was extremely rough and nonchalant!!! She left patches of hair!!!! I paid $85 for bs!!! I was just passing thru town and needed a wax, I should of waited til I got to Orlando! PLEASE don’t waste your time or money! She is only after your money, doesn’t care about you as a person! Most chop shops FOCUS ON QUANTITY NOT QUALITY!!! And I knew better than to get a Brazilian wax at a Asian nail salon!

Crystal Nails is a clean place. And the staff were super nice but I gave them a 1 because I had eyebrows and tint services. The cost was ridiculously high $47 but I wasnt quoted that over the phone. She waxed them ok but didnt clean up the brow area after she waxed them. Then she was going back and forth from me and other clients. After she put the tint on, she allowed a kid to remove the tint off my brows. Im paying you not a child!!!! The service was just unbelievably bad. My last time going to this place.

Was there just short of 3 hours for a basic pedicure and dip nails with soak off. The most enjoyable part was the pedicure before Natalie took over to paint my nails with gel. Gary did my dip powder, I showed him colors I wanted and told him short coffin for shape. The colors are good, but the shape is horrendous, even after asking him to fix them.This is the first time I’ve been back in over 5 years, after I went to have my nails done for my wedding, which also was not a great experience. Figured i would give them another chance after so long. But this will definitely be the last time I visit them.Some of their practices are unsanitary, and Natalie most definitely gives attitude to her staff and their clients.

Natalie is very rude! She’s the owner she doesn’t care how she talks to her consumers/customers and I’m not the first second third nor the fifth person to say this. She hates when you ask her questions especially when it comes to piercing. She had gotten upset with me after I was asking specific questions about a throat dermal piercings. I had every right to ask questions because she was about to pierce inn my throat. I was very calm and in a good mood and all of a sudden she says “you know cut the bs questions,do you want me to do your dermal or not?” I told her she was being rude and she told me that she didn’t care she owns this place and to get out. My questions were are you licensed to do dermals because some ppl are licensed to do only basic piercings but not dermals,If I needed to remove the piercings how do I go about it,can you change out the color of the piercing and do you offer colorful piercings.crystals was the place I’ve always gotten my nails done at and even referred ppl to her but I will no longer get my nails nor piercings done there again or refer ppl to her. I also bring a lot of the clients that she has now to her.

Ive Been looking for a good nail salon around highlands county for years and yet to come across a good one UNTIL I went to Crystal nails. For one The owners are AMAZING! They are very informative and they take there time, they listen to your stories, and they even stayed open until 9:30 doing our nails. I can happily say I found my permanent salon!!!! Thank you guys so much.

Could be cleaner.. all of the staff are very nice, but the owner/manager could stand to be a little nicer to get paying customers. The prices are a few dollars more on everything than other places, but they do a really good job. Im happy with my results but I dont plan to stop in again unless I happen to be in the area.

Rude and bad customer service. Made my friend wait an hour and didn’t apologize.My friend left. Didn’t like the design and the assistant peeled my skin off...the owner Natalie didn’t even say sorry or offer a discount. Bad personal skills. She lost two consistent customers. Also, leaves nailsCrooked and will give you an Attitude and take 1.5 hours to do dip or acrylic. Don’t waste yourTime you’re in a hurry or want to RELAX.

I went here to get lash extensions for my graduation ceremony, and i had the worst experience with them, they were hard and clumpy and started falling off days after I got them. I went somewhere else to get them redone as these weren’t cutting it, turns out they put hair glue on my eyelashes which usually would be fine except for the fact that they put an insane amount of glue on my lashes, to the point where my new eyelash lady couldn’t get the glue off.

Good experience, Ill be going back to get my nails done .

I called them on the phone and asked them if I could come and get my belly button pierced and they said I can come in anytime before 7:30 and when I pulled up at 6:40 they said they were closed and people were inside and the door said they were open waist on time and gas🙄

The staff here is very rude and unprofessional, the girls that do the pedicures don’t know what they are doing. The only people that are worth seeing here at the owners because they are the only people that know what they are doing, but you can barely even get an appointment with them

These people made me wait 30 minutes. I paid for three masks to wait and then they took two people ahead of me without an appointment!! Don’t go if your skin color isn’t white because they’ll take every one else but you!

The woman who does the waxing is always rushing to get it done, completely pulled off the end of my eyebrows and refuses to admit to her mistakes. After coming back the next time she proceeded to tell me how my eyebrows grew in “uneven” instead of talking about how to fix her mistakes.

I moved was here Nataliea few years ago from Miami and have had a horrible time trying to find a place that I liked. Im so grateful I found Crystal day spa! Natalie was beyond exceptional!. I got a french full set as well as an eyelash perm/tint. She took her time with me, examined my lashes and mixed the dye to specifically match me. She answered all of my questions since I was so nervous and had never done it before. I have finally found a place to go consistently and absolutely love the results every time! The full set was done in record time even though they had to pull off my original acrylics & start fresh. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place! I was in and out in an hour and 15mins after taking off a full set, putting in a new set AND tinting and perming my lashes!! Who could want more?

They are just rude, I waited about 20 minutes in a chair at a station while they did people that came in after me. Than I left without getting my nails done and went somewhere else. Every time I have tried them they have been rude! I do not think I will bother again! I like places where you dont have to make an appointment, but come on! And their sign that says cash only means it is not always an option any way!

Had the owner of the salon do my nails. Took 15 minutes or less to do my nails!!!! She didn’t take a second look or slow down to realize she was doing a TERRIBLE job. She had another woman finish my nails after she started on someone else’s nails. Very disappointed. What was so ironic was the woman before us didn’t leave a tip, I wonder why. Expensive lesson learned.

Wont be going back...a couple if years ago I went there to get a full set of gel nails... he clearly wasnt trained because he put a huge glob on all my nails and put me under the uv... burned like hell... he said that was normal... freaked me out...i talked to a gel nail pro and that was not the way you start, the first coat is super thin so it wont get hot...i didnt go back until just recently and asked for just a manicure while I waited on my girlfriend to get a pedi... um... he clipped, filed and wanted to just put polish on...i said I didnt want clear polish, I wanted him to buff a shine onto my nails... he looked at me like I wad crazy...i got no massage no lotion no oil no wax... my cuticle looked worse when he was done...THIS LAST VISIT WAS FOR A PEDI... HUGE MISTAKE... NEW GIRL THAT DIDNT REMOVE MY OLD CUTICLE SO MY POLISH HAS ALREADY STARTED CHIMING OFF 3 DAYS LATER... NEVER GOING BACK!!!!! OH AND THEY CHARGED ALMOST $40 I CALL BS!

I forgot to put this up hereeeee - So about two days ago my sister and I went to have her nails and our toes did at Crystal Nails in Avon Park. Everything is peachy up until the owner starts doing my sisters nails.. Of which we had two babies with us that were well behaved and not making any level of a scene or fidgeting. My sister made it a point to say she wanted white tip nails, as she almost always does. So when you want a color on your nail you bring the polish with you when you sit at the table right? There is no white polish on the shelves to choose from, so she didnt bring polish. Again she assumed that the girl she told she wanted white tips was doing her nails. She sits down and the owner comes and starts putting on clear nails to clip down, file, etc. My sister mentions about three nails to be clipped down that she wanted the white tip, which requires a WHITE nail to be put on.. right? So she says this to the owner. She then gets a huge ass attitude with her saying why didnt she tell her blah blah blah .. (WHICH SHE DID) need I remind you she is only three NAILS IN .. not even clipped or filed. My sister being the freaking saint she says its fine .. Im like no if you dont want that take those off shes not anywhere near started... it is not a big deal your paying for them and also will have to be looking at these nails for a good two weeks ... Again she just says its fine.. the woman ROLLS HER EYES.. when I TELL YOU THIS WOMANS EYES WERE BLOODSHOT RED -_- ... So I let my sister be a saint . and try and find other ideas for her to work with since it clearly is bothering the woman shell have to take 5 seconds to POP off 3 nails ... -_- ... As we are coming up with ideas, this woman interrupts SO RUDELY and says Why are yall still talking about the white tip? .. I said why are you so upset we arent even talking about white tips anymore ... ? After already being RUDE As ever, she then ROUGH AS ever files my sisters nails down ... literally pulling ... SO AGAIN THIS IS MY SISTER WITH KIDS being a respectful mother and woman says nothing .. She rushes thru THEN SAYS THAT THE BABY HAS TO GO WHILE SHE WORKS ON HER NAILS .. THE BABY WAS NOT MOVING OR BEING LOUD OR EVEN MAKING NOISE .. no level of disruptiveness from a child..so I take her.. sit her in my lap..as the only adult seemed to be the kids between the manager and them.... and then jumps up and runs off to the back or wherever here stank attitude felt the need to go . Then tried charging my sister 7 extra dollars for nails .. that she didnt correct and was also rude..This woman dont even deserve the workers she has they are far to friendly and professional... .. Thank God for the other workers FIXING THEIR MANAGERS PROFESSIONALISM ISSUE. By being polite and trying to lighten the mood. Now i never EVER do reviews on business like that. But REALLY? Theres the review .. right there..... .. Dont go there guys and girls .. dont .. she needa just go outta business bc she has been like this since I USED TO get my brows done there and she literally destroyed by eyebrows, and dang near burned my face with the wax.. not to mention the fact she is unsanitary wiping her nose with her hand then trying to touch someone hands or face ... -_- I been not liked her but this is just the cherry on top ... I have been to Crystal a few time before but this visit i knew was not going to be a good one. Me and my lil cousin 8 years old went to get our nails done, i got a fill in and she got new polish. The whole time they had her put her hands in the UV light like she was getting gel, the next day she got in the pool and the polish was off. I was only upset because one i paid for gel, two when i call to tell them the girl said that was gel polish and it can come off not much i can do for you, three i live far away. I will not be back

TERRIBLE SERVICE! SUPER EXPENSIVE! I had 5 people work on just my hands and 2 on my feet! They make you wait while they get up and do something for someone else. The work was terrible and rushed my nails fell off not even a week after I got them! Im deffenitly NEVER returning here.

My girlfriend went their to get her eyebrows done last week, after rushing her to do her eyebrows ( missing a few hairs that she plucked when she got home ) they charged her 9 dollars ( no big deal ), they asked if she wanted a receipt & she said no & left .. we checked the bank statement yesterday & the nail placed charged our card 10$ . Still no big deal because its a dollar difference BUT they still STOLE, weather it had been 1$ or 100$ stealing is stealing & we wont be back .
