Everyone at Huston Chrysler Jeep Ram was very professional and went to great lengths to fix the problem with my 2020 Gladiator. Because the issue was intermittent I was concerned that they would not be able to determine the cause and make the repair. I was offered a ride home or wherever I needed to go. The tech tracked down the issue through previous service reports and made the repair. I was there less than two hours. And they washed my car! The waiting area was clean, quiet, drinks and snacks were available at no charge. I was given updates as to what they were doing and how long to expect to be there. Huston should get ten stars!
It wasnt good. Been doing business with them about 15 or 20 years. We had a appointment at 9:30 finally left at 12:15,just to get the oil changed.
I absolutely LOVE working with Huston. To be completely honest, I started the dialog with Ciro Molina, a Huston Sales Representative, but based on my busy schedule I decided to purchase a vehicle in Lakeland. This was the WORST mistake in vehicle choice and the paperwork processing. That was back in June but in August Id had enough of the vehicle that did not fit me or my personality. I searched and searched for Ciros contact info and he immediately remembered me! More than that, he remembered the type of vehicle that I wanted and immediately delivered a fantastic SUV that fits my personality, lifestyle, and needs. I LOVE my vehicle and my experience with Hustons was better than spectacular! While visiting the area we had problems with the radio and GPS on my wifes 2018 Grand Cherokee. Huston got us in quickly and diagnosed the problem, although we had to wait 2 weeks or so for a new radio to be shipped. When it arrived, they scheduled us in, did the repairs in a professional and timely manner, washed my wifes Jeep for her and brought the bill in under the estimate.Cant ask for better service than that from a dealer. Service staff was prompt, courteous and pretty knowledgeable. Hell, they even had good, fresh coffee in the waiting room.Unfortunately, like many dealerships today, their inventory of new Ram trucks was pitiful.....no larger trucks at all on the lot and no idea when they would be getting more in. I was truck shopping while I waited and Ive never seen such a dispirited group of sales people sitting around with very little to sell. Being recently left without my trucks (three large Ram diesels), I was a prime candidate to buy a new one. But once they discovered that I was not in the market for another new Jeep and didnt want one of the few Ram 1500s they had, I was pretty much ignored. An enterprising and on the ball salesman probably could have sold me a Ram 2500 or 3500 diesel with not much effort.
My service experience with Huston was very positive. They worked with me to find a satisfactory solution to my problem and kept me informed on the options and progress. My only issue was it was much more expensive than I expected since I provided the part required. Credit where credit is due - they were able to track down a bolt I was missing.
I had just picked up my jeep from another dealer 1 1/2 hours away the night before but had a loose gas cap warning that would not clear. Took it to Huston and even though their service dept. Was slammed busy they got it in and got it fixed for me in very short time. Everyone was very helpful.

Was able to drop off my truck the night before, had an oil change and tire balance and rotation. Truck was ready at the specified time and they vacuumed out the whole inside of the vehicle! Happy boy! I will be back.

Had an appointment at 10:00 and the dealership left a message with my husband that it would be pushed back to 10:15, fine no problem but why wasnt I called? Arrived at 10:05 and waited in vehicle 10 minutes for person to check me in. Stated I was going to wait in lounge and made myself comfortable. Never imagined I would need to get comfortable for 2hrs and 25 minutes. At the 2 hour mark I checked on the ETA of my vehicle and was told 10 more minutes. What is the point of an appointment if it still takes half the morning?
This will be the second Jeep my family as purchased with Dan Craig over the last two years. He has always made the process fair, honest and easy. Good integrity. The least stressful car deal, would recommend to friends and extended family

I have been looking for a used Plum Crazy Challenger for months and located one at Wells. I emailed on a Friday night (after hours) and on Saturday morning at 8:00 am I received a reply from Kathy Poteat AND a written out the door quote. Who does that? I have been in contact with multiple dealers over the last few months and NO ONE will give you anything in writing! If you are lucky it might be in an email message, but as I found out prior to purchasing this car from Wells, most dealers wont even honor their own pricing and try to tack on extra fees. I live in Illinois, so buying and arranging transport for a car unseen was nerve-racking for me. Kathy couldnt have been any more helpful. She was quick to respond, sent me pictures of the vehicle, answered all my questions. She even sent me updated pictures of the car after it was cleaned and waiting pick up as well as a picture of it on the actual transport when it was picked up at the dealership! Again, who does that? Any sales person I dealt with in the past wouldnt bother to take the time after the sale, unless they were trying to sell you something else. Something so simple, meant a lot to me and helped put my mind at ease. Jeff Grossman was also very helpful in getting the car registered in Illinois and made sure the plates and registration were all taken care of. I was really blown away from the customer service. If Im looking for a car in the future, I might just look at Wells first, even if I do live 1300 miles away! Thank you Kathy and Jeff!

Had it service the other day. They wont give u loaner till your vehicle fix like wells motors used to do. But courtesy van is available. Man is nice and pleasant. Service dept - be wary they tell you u need this and you need that for your vehicle. I just know they are trying to get that extra commission money with everything they sell but dont tell me that I need a oil change when u can see on the sticker on my windshield that it was change not too long ago.
Arturo(service advisor) explained services needed and costs. I took my truck to another garage and they attempted to fix it 3 times unsuccessfully. It was fixed here the first time. Their driver took me home and picked me up promptly. Could not be more satisfied. Richard James
They changed to new owners and I changed my rating from 4 stars to 2. No employees wearing masks. They did not wipe down my car after they drove it. They did not care that I had to wait 3 hour for an oil change and just blamed new management. They should have told me when I arrived that without an appointment it was going to be a long wait. You never used to have to make an appointment for oil changes. Also they are not offering a combined oil change package anymore, and refuse to honor my current package since I didnt bring proof with me. They said the computer system would carry everything over but it didnt.I didnt feel like anyone cared about me or my time. Sorry I wont be back.
Bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from Wells. Had great service while wells owned the dealership. After Huston took over and before the warranty was up we had problems with the dash camera. They replaced it and then we started having problems with the door locks. They couldn’t seem to get the problem solved. Had the car in and out many times with no satisfaction. They finally solved the problem (we hope). Now we are having problems with the dash camera again. It is completely blank at times. Sometimes the backup camera works sometimes not. Sometimes the radio works sometimes not. Now after having it in the shop about 8 times they say they have ordered a whole new radio but it might take two to three weeks to get it. The car still has less than 14000 miles and not quite 3 years on it. Service from Huston has been horrible.
I stopped at Wells Motor Company for an oil change, in and out within an hour. Their facility is very clean and orderly, with two different waiting areas....one with a loud tv and another with signage asking for quiet, no cell phones, etc. they also had multiple restrooms available. Tables are set up outside if you want to get some fresh air and sunshine. Everyone there was friendly and inviting, greeting me as they walked by. Rather that sit only in the waiting area, I walked around, reading their history on the walls, dating back to 1931 in the Avon Park area.

Had an appointment for an oil change and at almost 2 hours of being there they were barely finishing with the oil change. They still had to do the tire rotation. Since it was taking too long I requested the tire rotation be canceled and my vehicle returned as I had to go to work, it took almost 30 min to finally get my vehicle. Invoice that I signed stated multi-point inspection was performed but because the lady there tending to me was frustrated with me, she did not give me my summary of the inspection. Never had a bad experience when it was Wells.

2019 dodge grand caravan . inside door handle broke and it was not covered the van was only a year old. They wanted to charge me 400 dollars to fix it . I bought the handle for 20 dollars and will install it myself. Shouldnt have broken in a years time and dealer would not stand behind their product. Very disappointed lost my business .
Im from out of state and after they accepted my offer on a 1994 Pleasure Way I asked to send a 3rd party inspector to check it out and they refused to allow that. When I gave a list of systems and asked if they are operational (and acknowledging no warranty was implied in the answers), for example, does the a/c turn on, do the lights work, they wouldnt answer those questions either. Their actions, or lack thereof, makes me question their honesty.UPDATE: Almost a month later the salesperson texted me and rubbed my face in it by telling me how much the new owners love their Pleasure Way. What a rotten unprofessional company

You cant make an appointment for oil change and brake job. You have to wait for 2.5 hours to see when you have to come back for brake job.First ever poor experience at a Jeep dealer .Also, 3 service writers and one argumentative service manager with no customers to talk to turned me away.Being new in town, I will have to drive back to my old town for their good service.Also, in traveling the country for 3 years in a terrific jeep, this only one of the six dealers that would not set appointmentFollowing up. Wells now Huston. I purchased air filter. Cabin air filter. Oil filter. $105.00!!!!Contacted the chat and was told a manager would call me to explain to me why they charge TWICE the amount as any other dealer in the country.(no call)This was their chance to have my positive reviews a d a terrific customer.No better than Wells except 😌 the parts department employee was nice.I will now have to drive to Wallace in Stuart where I have been treated respectfully and fair.
On Jan 28th I had a 10:00 appt.for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 9:45 and was helped right away. After about an hour the Service Advisor came over and told me about Services they were recommending based on a vehicle inspection. I declined all these services. After a couple of inquiries to what was taking so long, my SUV was finally done at 12 noon. When I asked what took so long I was told the complimentary vehicle inspection takes time, I never asked for that service nor was I asked if I wanted that service. If I had been asked I would have declined it.Be sure to ask for pricing up front, my last oil change & tire rotation at WELLS was $50.80 this time I was charged $72.20. I will not be returning!!

Everyone at Wells was very professional, we were treated like royalty, and the sale was done with attention to detail. Ciro Molina was our salesman, he was very courteous and helpful at every step of the way.

On Saturday Feb. 6 th I had a check engine light come on on my 2015 chrysler. I took into this dealer who checked it out and told me that there was a thermostat problem. the service writer reset the light and told me that I would need to make an appointment to have the thermostat replaced. He made the appointment for today and since I have a Chrysler Max Care warranty he would get the pre approval and make sure that they had the parts. He said it would be app.2 hours to do the job. The appointment was for today at 12 noon. I arrived at 11:45 and a different service writer came out and wanted me to have an oil change?? I told him that My van was there for a repair app.( I was in the repair lane, not the oil change lane) He then took me inside and after several minutes they found my paperwork and told me to wait in the lounge.. He said if they were going to be longer than the 2 hours he would let me know. At 2 pm. the service writer that I saw on Saturday came out and told me that they were not going to be able to make the repairs because they could not get the check engine light to come on again. This is the guy that reset the light on Sat. and told me it had to be fixed. Now he gives me this line about he thought I would bring it back when the check engine light came on again. I asked him what he was talking about since he is the one that said it needed repair and the one who made the app.. Now after wasting more than 2 hours of my time I am told that there is nothing they can do until the light comes on again. WHEN I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM MY CAR WILL NOT GO BACK TO HUSTON CHRYSLER..We miss you Wells Motors.

Over charge for everything, a filter that is in the front charged me $59 amazon $7 easy to change, my 98 year old grandmother can change, In total I paid $185.66 for a oil chance, cabin air filter change and a fuel additive ($20 best you can buy amazon)
Wells is a great company with an extremely professional staff who goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. I bought my vehicle at Wells and I have it serviced at Wells. Im sure all the service writers are excellent but Arturo is my favorite. He really keeps on top of the action. Oorah!

Started out to be a great experience with my communications with Ciro. Drove an hour and a half to look at the truck. Noticed that Wells added a pinstripe to the truck after taking the pictures in the ad or it was a different truck. Addressed this with Ciro and the Business Manager, Jeff Grossman. I asked if they could remove the pinstripe since it wasnt in the pictures they advertised and they said they wouldnt. Jeff told me they have a clause that says things can be changed and they dont take new pictures. I told him that seemed like false advertising. He told me that I didnt have to buy the truck. Completely rude, I wont be purchasing a vehicle from Wells Motor Company ever... Recommendation, make the drive to a dealership that doesnt tell you that you can walk away. Would have given one star but Ciro was respectful.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SALESMAN CIRO MOLINA.....He is a fantastic young man who is very polite and 100% honest with you. He represents himself and the dealership in a very ethical and professional manner. Very low pressure dealership. Very transparent pricing with not a bunch of hidden fees. Not much for haggling on price of vehicle...pretty much the price you see on line is their low price may move a couple hundred dollars, but keep in mind they are not adding fees that add to your OTD price. Most dealers make up for their low internet price by adding over thousand in fees,,,WELLS DOES NOT DO THAT! THEY will work with you on trade.

This is the fourth vehicle from this dealership that we have purchased. Lorenzo Williams is one if the best salesman wehave ever dealt with.He actually listened to what we had to say. He did his best to get us the vehicle we wanted, and went out if his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He is very knowledgeable with the features and options of the vehicle and spent time after the sale to make sure we were comfortable before we left. Now the company has been sold.
I called the Service Department first thing in the morning and asked about getting my oil changed as they advertise an express lube option Lane, the lady in service was very polite and advised that they were extremely busy and would be, having to cover lunches and suggested I come after 2 Pm. I arrived at about 2:05 pm and pulled into the express lube line, was greeted by a male who asked what I needed, I told him of my conversation earlier to which he replied that their would be a 3-4 hour wait and suggested I come back later in the day, it’s 2 pm, 3-4 hours puts it past their closing time and there is no guarantee that other won’t come in also, if there is a 3-4 hour wait and that puts you past closing time already, what good will it do if I came back in 3-4 hours, he didn’t offer to place me in line and return or even suggest an appointment or come first thing the next morning. Please take the express lube sign down and replace it with a get to you when we can sign, that would be more accurate! He really seemed disturbed that he had so much work and so many customers, what a great position to be in for most, just not him.

Just bought a new Jeep a few weeks ago. We went to look at it the first time and didnt buy it. Regretted it but the next day was a Saturday and they were closed. We went to a different dealership to check out a similar Jeep and WOW what a difference. We not only waited longer to be helped, they tried to rip us off and then told us the deal we had at Wells was too good to be true! So we left and went to Wells the next day to buy the Jeep we first looked at. The people at Wells are nice, honest people. The sales people are not pushy, and they really dont have dealer fees! My father-in-law just ordered his Jeep from them last week. Wells has our business for life!
Great place to get your vehicle fixed.Well it used to be. I arranged an appointment for frount end work and was told nothing was wrong.l can clearly see that the passenger side is towed in. I am not impressed with the answer I was given for the outside tire wear. Probably not going to use this service dealer any longer.So I got a second opinion. Turns out there was an issue. Received a wheel alignment and they centered the steering wheel. Man do I feel ripped off after leaving Wells motor company.

I went back a couple of times for plastic piece on passenger side seat.I brought it back recently and salesman said piece was broken.It was broken from day one.I had it replaced and paid $170.00 .This should of been paid by Wells. Would like General Manager to call me.Not a happy camper.
Stopped in to look at Jeep Gladiators. The salesman we were dealing with, Mike Pool, went out of his way to help us. They didn’t have exactly what we were looking for at the time, but even after we left he kept searching. A few days later he found one that was in transit to another dealer which met our specific wants ... down to the Sting Gray color, the hard tonneau cover, Rubicon, specific wheels ... all of it. After we said we like it, Wells was able to get it sent to them for sale to us. They also coordinated the work to put on all the necessary equipment and wiring for us to tow it back to WI behind our motorhome. In addition to the attention they paid to us and our needs, they also offered us more for our Wrangler trade-in than any other dealer we’d contacted (from Ft Lauderdale to CT to WI) ... significantly more. We are very pleased and will contact them again for service when we’re in the area. And in the future when we’re looking for our next new vehicle, we will contact them.

We were looking to buy a new Jeep and the sales person for two days were showing us the price of 38000 when we agreed on the numbers and they went to finance the price went up to 44,000 they did not tell us this we were looking at the paper they gave us and when we asked he said oh I gave you the numbers for the wrong Jeep and refused to make the issue better when we brought this to the manager attention he said it’s our problem not his and refuses to admit they did anything wrong do not go here

I took our 2015 Journey there because the struts sounded wore out and the vehicle was pulling hard to the right and I wanted the tires rotated and balanced. The tech could not duplicate the strut sound. I was told my alignment was correct, but a camber bolt set was needed to correct the pull. I was told it would costs $100 and the price for alignment. When we arrived the price changed to $160 plus the alignment. The service adviser was a jerk when we asked why the price change. 1 week later when washing the car I noticed I have a 8 inch scratch on the painted rim. I question if the tires were balanced because 1 tire shakes. Now 5000 miles later the front outer edges of my front tires are bald. Apparently the alignment was not done correctly and it cost me 2 new tires and an alignment to correct the mess. I took the car to Lake Wales and the tech diagnosed the strut noise as needing a special grease to quiet the poor manufacturing design. I will never return to this dealership for service.
I have been going to Huston even when it was Wells Dodge. Service Department is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The Technicians are fast in getting oil change and tires rotated. Thank you to all for an AWESOME experience. Will continue to get my van serviced there.
