First they refused to attempt flat tire repair since it MIGHT be to close to outside tread (remember when the only issue was sidewall) then they refused to repair since I had used external plug to make temporary repair (most people using plug go with it altho tire mfrs recommend plug removal then permanent repair by internal patch). These people called some other facility who told them if plugged, they were not allowed to do internal patch (made me wonder who actually running this business). Obviously they want to sell a new tire but I’m not crazy and refuse to be ripped off so blatantly. Lots of other tire repair locations and none of them declined to patch my tire.
