We called Ridge A/C for estimate on replacing ductwork on mobile home they were informed home sits low on ground. We agreed to pay $75 service fee on estimate. They came & briefly looked at ductwork telling us it all needed to be replaced. They wrote us a receipt & said someone would call with an estimate after waiting two days we called only to be told I forgot to call you but we arent going to take the job. The technician who came to our home made the decision to turn down the job. Bad customer service to not tell us up front & just leave us waiting by the phone! He probably decided it was easier to take our $75 & run...gutless on his part. Juliano A/C of Sebring came out without charge, gave us estimate & will start the job Thursday. We are confident our ductwork will be replaced correctly this time.

Fast to respond to an emergency and left the place cleaner than before they arrived.
